The apartment was great stocked well with everything you would need for a stay. The terrace view over the marina and the rooftop swimming pool were added bonuses.

Location is perfect! At the quieter end of the Marina. Marina is filled with lots of nice bars and restaurants and lovely shops. Apartment and linens were clean. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. Nice balcony with a lovely view out on the Marina. Pool on the rooftop was lovely.

Instructions to access the building was to use an app but it did not work on the outside gates. Had to call twice to get someone to help us. The App did work on the apartment door but need a key to get into the gates to the building. Despite the apartment being clean on arrival we did come across silverfish insects crawling around the bedroom and bathroom in particular, this wasn't very nice to see.

The bathrooms were filthy. They smelt of sewerage and the water would not drain. We informed the management company who said someone would be out that day to sort it, but they never came in the 10 day stay. We had to sort it ourselves. Shampoo had still got last occupiers hair on it and the toilet had black all around the rim. We were given 1 towel each for 10 days and 1 toilet roll. There was an iron but no ironing board and the pillows were like pancakes. The most upsetting for us was we booked this persific apartment because we wanted to be on the island in the middle of the marina which it pinpointed that it was. Unfortunately this was untrue and the apartment is on the side of the marina by the road. If we had known this we wouldn't have booked it as that was not where we wanted to be. The whole apartment needs upgrading as it is looking very tired. All in all very poor value for what we paid. We have stayed in many apartments but have never had an experience like this.

Absolutely fantastic apartment., brilliant location on the Marina, lovely and spacious, very clean had everything you needed. Rooftop pool was amazing the views stunning . I would throughly recommend it. Will definitely be back.

The twin beds in the second bedroom were below acceptable standard. The sitting room sofas requires cleaning. Some of the bulbs in the lights were not working. The door key application didn't always work. There needs to be outdoor power sockets for the workman. The workman had to channel the cable via the front door. That is a trip hazzard.. The appliances (e.g. washing machine, dryer, dishwasher) needs a simple instructions in multiple languages. The ironing board was broken. That was replaced 48 hours before our departure time. There is NO facility to store luggage after the checkout time. Either this should be made clear in the description OR some facility should be available.

the bed was too small and very uncomfortable second room beds squashed together -two of us slept on the couch for the week we had no working toaster even after requesting it using the app did not work on the first night to open main gate we were lucky a lady let us in at midnight no cleaning service all week no fresh towels just a set each for week

The apartment was big and spacious. very clean

Flat is huge. There were 4 of us but we could have been 6 and it would have been no problem. Shower was great. Bed was comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked fine. The fridge was in good working order too. The view was absolutely beautiful. The pool area is great although it was very cold in the water. Plenty of loungers and toilet facilities up there too

The app system to gain entry doesn't work very well at all. It would probably be a little better if the door had some attention. The lock mechanism was old and rusty. There's only one set of keys too once you finally get in which means that splitting up and going different places becomes a bit difficult. Two sets of keys would be a good addition.

The property has an app for entry which is a bit of a nightmare at first but I understand why they use it ...maybe a strong soft close hinge might help as well . While the property was a great place to relax for the week ..It would have been nice to have a full length mirror and a little booklet about where to take your rubbish etc.

Location and space of the apartment was great. Beds were comfortable and very quiet place.

Wish the kitchen was better equipped with nice glasses and the mugs were not the cleanest. Kitchen could do with an update. Couldn't find the hairdryer which caused a problem with 4 girls trying to do their hair.

Location was ideal. Lovely big balcony and great view. Kitchen facilities were very good.

Gaining entry to the apt was a stressful experience.Ap didn't work. Bed very hard in double room and main light was not working. Not enough bed clothes as it was very cold. Residential building so neighbour next door came to us complaining about the noise we were making trying to open the door. He was quite angry and we were upset as bad start to holiday.
