We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was in a great location within walking distance of the beach, restaurants at the marina (and a bit further in town), as well as a grocery store (Pingo Doce). The apartment is clean, comfortable fairly well equipped, great balcony with bbq, AC, washing machine, elevator and parking. The complex pool is clean and has plenty of lounge chairs. There is a restaurant but we did not make use of it. Great overall value and Celia was very easy to communicate with!

Really lovely apartment. Very clean and well maintained. The balcony is amazing - huge with sun beds, table & chairs, and fully equipped built in BBQ. Great location. 5 min walk from marina, 10 to town centre, 12 to beach. Lovely host - really helpful and good communication.

The building itself was a little scruffy. The pool rules were a bit strict (no diving, no inflatables, no ball games).

Property is very well located near Lagos’ old center. The apartment is quite spacious and well equipped with anything you may need during your stay. The host’s communication was great. There is also a pool anyone in the condominium can access as well as 24/7 security at the main gate. There’s also plenty of street parking available surrounding the condominium.

The condominium itself needs some updates - a bit of an old building.

The location was the best thing about this property.

The pool area was very poor. not serviced at all and many of the loungers were broken. The view from the veranda was not as described. No local or indeed any info provided. poor veranda area with a wall at the front blocking any view when seated. Some things in the apartment were broken including the main patio door which was impossible to open and close. The shutter in the sitting room was also broken.

Very good location. Views were good. Apartment was perfect for our needs and had everthing. My husband found the bed a bit uncomfortable.

This is a very nicely furnished, “homey and domestic” true one bedroom flat ideally located for those not afraid of a short (10 – 15 minutes) walk to the main beach in Lagos (great for beach walks!), downtown, or to the Pingo Doce supermarket – no vehicle needed. Note that key access is at the 24 hour security office at the right hand entrance to the apartment complex – we missed it driving in, leading to a short period of frustration. Access to the unit is by high security key; the only minor concern was difficulty in locking the patio doors, although this can be offset by lowering the external shutters. Unit size is good for two people, although there’s probably room for four in a pinch. Bed was a little soft for our tastes, but still comfortable, and my wife slept well. Bathroom fine with tub/shower/rain shower that is easy to use. Building appears to be of mid-2000’s vintage, and the flat appears to have had some mild updating. Communication with owner prompt. During a six day stay in May, the unit and area was very quiet, although some minor sound from adjacent units was heard, but nothing that negatively impacted our stay. Unit was very clean, and very well equipped with all kinds of bedding. Good storage for two people. Lighting was generally good, although you won’t be doing much reading at night. WiFi and mid-size TV worked well, several English channels for entertainment; particularly liked the availability of FOX comedy. Although we didn’t need air conditioning in mid-May (despite high 20⁰C temperatures), both unducted units tested well. Kitchen was well equipped, with reasonably easy to use washing machine, gas range and oven (neither of which we used). Large swimming pool available which we didn't try, as well as a smaller kiddie pool. No squeaky doors or floors. All in all, we were delighted in our choice of this unit, and would hope to return soon. Highly recommended, and deserves its high Booking.com rating.

1) Would have liked access to the underground parking; 2) Sliding glass doors to balcony need a dry lubricant used to make them easier to operate; 3) While we managed to use the washing machine, a laminated instruction sheet could have made the indecipherable symbols on the machine understandable.
