Das Anwesen verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit einem Doppelbett. Ein 3/4 Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss. Master-Schlafzimmer hat einen König und einen Zwilling. 3. Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und ein Set Kojen. Holzofen und Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Schönes großes Vorderdeck und Außendusche im hinteren Teil des Hauses.

Awesome property on a short fall adventure to the mid-Coast of Maine with my aunts. Great to unplug and just a fantastic place to stay.

Grew up staying at Popham beach every summer for a week and have dreamt about taking my own kids. Finally made that happen and it was beautiful, peaceful, and just as I remembered. Our favorite part was going down to the beach at sunset-one night we were the only ones. This time of year the crowds are gone and you can still get some sunny warmer days. I even brought mittens for the little ones but we never needed them because we had the one last warmup during our stay. The only part I miss is having a fire on the beach but the town must regulate that now. The property was perfect for our needs. Hope to be back!

Everything was perfect about this property…well except the weather but no control over that. Even with the rainy weather, the accommodations provided us with a wonderful family vacation. Thanks to our host. We hope to be back next yea r

We stayed for 8 days at the cottage, and it truly is one of the best spots on the beach. Right center of Hunnewell, beautiful views from the front windows and even better down on the private beach. The cottage itself had most of what we needed to cook all our meals for the week, and was a grear spot to spend the week.We also brought along our dog who loved the walks on the beach and playing in the surf.
The host was very responsive and helpful on a few questions we had during our stay, responding to an email within a few hours.
We will definitely be considering staying again!

My husband and I spent last week at Pete's beautiful oceanfront cottage. The space has everything you need (bring towels and sheets!), beautiful views and sits close enough to the ocean to hear the waves. We both worked from the cottage some of the week and the wifi was fast and reliable. The house is on a very quiet dirt road and literally steps to the beach. The front deck is expansive and a nice place to relax with the pups. We went to the beach several times every day. The beach is very dog friendly, we were fortunate to have nice weather and walked for miles each day on the sand. Be on the lookout for sand dollars, they're relatively easy to find here. The area is quiet, peaceful and beautiful. If you are traveling outside of the summer months, there isn't much open but Bisson's Center store is only 10-15min away and has a good selection of groceries, sandwiches/pizza, etc if you're in need. Thank you Pete for sharing your home with us! We loved our stay and will look forward to returning.

Simple and clean accommodations, very dog friendly, comfortable for making a fire , relaxing and reading a book, playing backgammon, and cooking fun dinners over a glass of wine. Probably the nicest beach that we’ve visited on the East coast. Quaint neighbourhood along the beach (ie. No McMansions!). Thank you Peter, we look forward to making this an annual.

The location of the property is great! Just a short walk thru the beachgrass path to the best beach area around.
I went in the fall, so very deserted and quiet. Perfect!!!
The property itself is rustic and cozy and has everything you generally need. Very roomy, nice deck.
Luckily I have lots of friends and family in Maine to borrow linens and towels from as they are not provided.
Had a great time, I would recommend 100%.

The accommodations were clean and well placed. We spent some of our time on the deck and MOST of our time on the beach. We knew what to expect before we got there, but it was even better being there.

The property is a delightful beach house allowing the sounds of the surf to lull us to sleep each night. House equipped with everything one could need, from a great wood stove to kitchen utensils including a oyster knife to a fully appointed Apple service for tv. We had a marvelous holiday with great beach weather and the only rain was on the day we left!

Beach Vacation
Cute and Comfortable, peaceful cottage with an ocean view. If your looking for a quite relaxing vacation this is definitely the place for you. Included everything that you need to be comfortable except for towels and bedding. If you rent this cottage in the fall be prepared to cook your meals as the restaurants and stores are at least 20 minutes to an half an hour drive.

My wife and I visited the Popham Beach area in late May. The location and quality of the rental property was just perfect! We had a couple of cool days/nights, but the wood stove proved to be a nice amenity to the house. The rental's location could not be any more perfect. You are a 30 second walk to the beach with outstanding views. The location was not heavily congested with tourists (at least when we went), so if you like calmer areas, this is the place for you. The rental is close to two small islands that you can walk to during lo-tide. You can fish for stripers in the Kennebunk River or just stroll a good stretch of beach and just enjoy the surroundings. The rental's owners are friendly and offered any needed information about the area. We found the locals to be genuinely friendly as well. Maine, while it does not have a huge population, certainly does have very friendly folks and we appreciate it. We are thankful for such a beautiful and great state.

Have been coming to our favorite Beach for years and never new this lovely Cottage existed. A short walk to the water and lovely views of the Islands from the spacious deck. Had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning.

Absolutely Wonderful
My sisters and I have been coming to Popham for 14 years and have always stayed at Ocean View.With being closed I looked to see what else would suit some Grammies.So very comfy and quiet.Cottage was clean and inviting. We felt really at home.Hoping to return next July for 2 weeks..

Private Beach
Nothing beats having your own Beach to play in the water and star gaze at night.......it was so fun to leave our chairs all day and walk to one island one day and another the next.lovely to fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing. paradise!
