Clean lovely facilities and was close to the town centre
The seagulls were too noisy and the shop alley throwing glass bottles were so noisy

Good location , friendly hosts ,good communication.Place clean and tidy.
Not very family-friendly place , it's only for 2 ppl max,very small .
I think I'm to tall 5'6 .That's the only explanation I have ,I kept hitting my head against sealing in the bedroom, slope. Very bad .
You will be dragging your luggage to the 3rd floor .

Modern, new, clean apartment- just like in the picture. Provided everything we needed for our short stay. Close to Eastbourne Pier, the High Street and just a short walk from the train station. Communication with the host was very easy.
If you are used to sleeping in total darkness (like us), take an eye mask, as the blinds were not sufficient. That's not a negative as such, just personal preference.
The area of the apartment is not the cleanest and I am not sure about safety at night, but there was a lot of renovation work going on, so I am sure the road will look much nicer pretty soon. Also not a big problem for us, as we were out and about all day.

very warm and cozy atmosphere, clean and super close to both the beach and the city centre
dodgy street, which was sometimes loud due to people drinking or fighting, parking almost impossible and if possible very expensive

Our room was clean and comfortable with plenty of light. It'a close to the beach front and a small supermarket. The kitchen was adequate for preparing a meal. We found free parking a few minutes walk away
The neighbours were noisy, talking, shouting and singing at night. The window blinds didn't block the light very well so it was very light all night and I had to wear an eye mask. The kitchen was very small. There was no coffee maker

The flat is just perfect for long or short stays. In 2 minutes you are on the beach and in 3 minutes in the town center. The flat itself is comfy, has 2 TVs and you can cook a meal.
The flat is situated behind some restaurants, that means you get noise from the kitchen extractor units and delivery vehicles.

Good location close to the sea front. Very clean and bright room with a very nice bathroom. All in all it provided comfortable accommodation with good catering facilities.
Parking on the street was difficult with limited spaces available and a maximum stay of 2 hours between 8am and 6pm. Much better to use the NCP car park which was not too far away.
Some of the neighbouring streets were fairly run down and not very pleasant.

Clean and tidy apartment close to the centre of Eastbourne, the seafront and pier. Simply equipped but everything you need for a short stay.
Our second stay, and we’d happily stay again.
Limited parking nearby, however there is a NCP car park a few minutes walk away.

The accommodation living space was a good size. It was very clean and well laid out. The location for access to everywhere was brilliant. The hosts were very attentive to our needs, and understanding.
The only one thing that I say that could have been better even though we managed, was the shortage of wardrobe/drawer space for 3 of us. However, the hosts had made good of the areas the best they could.

Would like this flat with the bath on the ground floor as have problem climbing stairs.

The location was brilliant and the rooms were a good size.
Would not recommend for more than two people as the sofa be is majorly uncomfortable, you can feel the bars of the bed through the very thin mattress.

Loved the apartment it was split on 2 floors - the bedroom was a loft room with a sky light and it had a bath in the corner of the room which was lovely. Room downstairs was well presented and had a sofa bed, small kitchen area with fridge, plenty of drawer space, small dining table and chairs in bay window area. Well carpeted and floored throughout.
Location - in the more b&b, tenanted side of Eastbourne with some not so desirable people about.

Nice, clean room. Great location. Got everything you need for short stay (kitchenette, tv, comfy bed). Room was good size. We use door code which is super convenient, no need keys you can lost, no need to speak with reception (big bonus if you introvert).
Room was on low ground floor and you can hear people on a street very well and everyone else going inside and outside hotel smoking cigarettes etc.

fabulous apartments in convenient location near to beach, pier, parking, restaurants and shops. Had a lovely couple of days renting no 10 and no 12, both equipped for everything and very clean.

close to seafront and a few mins walk walk to restaurants / cafes. town centre close by with many more restaurants/cafes/shops. Accommodation very clean and comfortable. Had everything that we required.
