We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the free breakfast! Friendly staff and cozy vibes!

The location is perfect. I had a river running behind my room, and with the slider I was able to hear it all night. The breakfast was outstanding! Full breakfast with the price of the room was very appreciated.

No personal hygiene items. Just a pump for hand soap. Seems like a small issue, but when every other hotel on the planet has them, it’s weird to not have any. The mattress was very thin. I was able to feel the springs. It wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t great.

Love the setting and the made to order breakfast. And we hit fall foliage season perfectly. Excellent reading rooms as well. Could not ask for anything more.

It was in a quaint old home. Staff was good.

It was not maintained well. All the furnishings were old and worn. The floors were uneven and creaked badly. There were parts of the floor that are so uneven you tripped on them. The people walking above us could be heard very loudly. Could not sleep until they did and were up when they were. The mattress on the bed was just a mattress with no foundation or box springs. It was lumpy and old. The room floors were not clean. The baseboard heaters only partially worked. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work. There was no light in the shower. Room only had lamps and there is not enough light. The only TV was in the game room and we did not see anywhere in the room description that there would be no TV. There are not enough electrical outlets. No charging outlets for phones/tablets. The hair dryer only worked on one speed-the other two speeds did not work. The parking lot was mostly dirt and not conducive to rolling luggage. Lawn appearance and lawn/shrubbery/garden maintenance was not attractive. Breakfast service was very slow- took almost an hour to get seated and complete eating.
