The rooms were small but had everything you needed and more

Great location, really good bar and restaurant, and the rooms are very well stocked

Air conditioning was not working, so a fan was used as an alternative, so it was not very cool and noisy

The location was fantastic, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and very cozy. The beds were especially soft and made for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was clean and incredibly well equipped, with plenty of complimentary shower gels, shampoos, and conditioners. What really stood out was the thoughtful selection of complimentary extras. There was skincare, toothpaste, a hair comb, hand and body lotion, deodorant, shaving gel and a razor, as well as pads and tampons. They even provided condoms haha! 😄 It was honestly such a nice surprise and a big plus. You could really tell they had thought of all the little things a guest might need. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay, with lots of thoughtful details that made the experience even better!

The only thing that could have been a little better was the reception service. The staff could have been slightly more attentive and informative. We were charged the wrong amount, and although we were assured it had been noted, the amount was still charged after check out. We reached out again and it was kindly refunded, so the issue was resolved, but the process was a little inconvenient and could have been smoother.

The heating in my room didn’t work. The room was cold and wouldn’t warm up, and there was a loud humming noise from the heating system. After trying everything to get it working, I eventually had to turn it off completely and went to reception to report the issue. I was provided with a portable heater and the staff member said something about the system being faulty. Really quite disappointing for a premium hotel.
