Nice place to stay with family and easy to get in and out. Pot and pans are a little worn and cheaper quality. Could use new carpet. Beds are comfy. Appliances are good.

Everything was great! Cooking ware could use improvement. Pans were worn and too small for cooking for large family. Comfortably slept 12, 4 adults and 8 children.

Stayed for a week with my grown up children. 30 minutes from Universal. Close to restaurants, shopping and putt putt golf. Very clean and everything we needed. The only thing I would recommend is softer mattresses for the twin beds and newer cookware.

Pros: complex is quiet, house is big enough for 5 adults and 2 children to sleep conformably, hot tub on-site was nice. Cons: Location. Driving to/from Disney was a nightmare and took 45 min each way each day. Traffic down the main road was bumper to bumper. The entire house is very worn and needs updates (furniture, carpets, beds, dishes, etc) and some better lighting (the light on the main floor and in the kitchen was terrible - the brightness in the photos very deceiving) Lack of actual curtains to block street lights coming in from blinds. Cooking utensils/pans were very limited and very worn. Check-in was also difficult. When I booked I had requested multiple times for early check-in (which is an additional cost) as we were landing at 10am. A week prior I found out they never included this. Additionally, we were arriving on Sunday when their "office" is closed and you can call and leave VM to hope for a callback with a status on your check-in time. Thankfully whoever was manning the VRBO app that day was responsive and worked through all the issues we initially encountered with check-in. Pool is not heated, but the hot tub was nice. Overall an ok spot if you're not planning to drive to Disney.

I would refer this property as The Basic Vacation Home . Besides having very few Ammedies the cable had no local channel's and the club house pool is not heated. I would not stay here the next time I'm on Orlando. 1 hr to get to Universal Stidios and 30 minutes to Disney. Lots of traffic and tolls

It was clean, as listed, and an enjoyable experience.

Pros: Location and layout. Lots of bedrooms and space for everyone. Nice quiet location within the complex, backing to a wooded area. Owners were very nice, and allowed us to change our arrival date on short notice. Cons: Whole place could use a refresh. Carpets are matted and stained. Needs a fresh coat of paint throughout, as there are marks, wear and tear all over. Dish network never loaded. Master toilet seat would not stay up. Only one towel rack in master. Place was clean, but tired. Overall: 5 stars for location and functionality. 3 stars for condition. Would stay here again.
