It’s a little cut place. I love their digital concept using links for the door opening upon arrival and getting breakfast from cafe across the street. It really makes things a lot easier. Bathroom needs some quick maintenance fixes (toilet flash and shower head) but otherwise it’s a good place to stay for a short stay.

1. I had very noise guests so I barely got any sleep the first 2 nights, on the last night the host managed to fix the issue but then in the morning the noise was back and I fell it was most likely caused by the staff. Knowing that the sound isolation is so bad they should probably lower their voices and have loud somewhat maybe argumentative conversations. 2. I contacted the accommodation directly before booking them to see if they can accommodate my check-in max 1h later after their latest check in time (according to bookings com website check in is up until 20:00). First I was advised it can be done if the accommodation gets booked directly and when I said I need to book it through Bookings due to the fact that my original accommodation was cancelled they agreed but whilst they agreed they also increased the price by 6 euro per night on the systems after I sent them a What’s app. I felt it is a bit unethical and if I paid a triple room price with 3 breakfast so maybe they should have given me an extra croissant - I just don’t feel it’s ethical to increase the price after someone has shown an interest especially when you know people might be stranded due to Etna Volcano eruption when places have already pushed the prices up. 85 euro per night was definitely too much.
