We loved the cozy top floor apartment. Lots of space, quiet location in the city center. You can always find a parking space near the door, but it is expensive - 3.10/h. Alternative - there is big parking around 400m to river side which costs 2,40/h or 7,50/day. I think, this one is the best in Nijmegen central part.

The bathroom was not very comfortable, but it is very good that it was inside apartment :)

Nice host. Very good value. Near to railway station and citycentre. Entering private home of somebody.

Stairs are very steep. So be mobile and not to much luggage.

Amazing and helpful host. Location is the best. Beds are very comfortable, everything is super clean. The place is warm, windows have shades. Towels and bathrobes provided. Very spacious. Good hot water pressure. Nice outside small garden if you want a breakfast on the sun.

The shower holder is wobbly and needs either fix or replacement. Be prepared for some crazy stairs to get to your room, it's on the 2nd floor, with spiral staircase (was not a problem for me personally because i am young).

Thanks a lot for your great hospitality, flexibility and support, Patricia! We really liked the appartment on the 1.floor next to the kitchen and it was super, that we could have it. The location is wonderful, next to the main station, in walking distance to the city center, with a nice park nearby. We got excellent instructions from the host where to park our car and also lots of information about Nijmegen. We definately will come back.

The utilities in the kitchen could be better, but for 2-3 nights it was great for this price to have a kitchen and a small fridge too and to be able to prepare some food after our trip.

The position of the apartment is excellent - it is few minutes walking from the city centre. Public parking is nearby where you can park you car for something like 8.5€ per day.

If you plan to use the kitchen to prepare something more complicated than a coffee: stop planning. The apartment uses a semi-functional shared kitchen (I don't remember whether this was emphasized in the apartment's description) which is down the steep and narrow stairs - it was not easy to carry dishes up and down. There were no knives in the kitchen. The bathroom is a... bad joke. I hope that this was rust inside a toilet and not... something else. The shower is falling apart - somebody must fix it. The water pressure in the whole apartment is bad - it is almost impossible to adjust the temperature of water for dishes and for shower. There is no hot water in the bathroom sink - you will wash your teeth and face in cold water (I hate that). We were in the apartment during the winter and it was cold despite the radiator. During the day, when we were not in the apartment the host decreased the heating to zero (!!!). The sleeping room, although dusty, was not-so-cold for sleeping, but the third person, sleeping on a couch, was freezed during the night despite the cap and a sweater over a pajama. In short: the apartment is a semi-fixed attic of the house which you will not enjoy but you will survive as we did.

great host, she is really nice, polite lady make you feel at home. great location close the nijmegen central station. Room has many facilities like kitchen etc.

Patricia was super helpful and attentive, you can ask her anything and her place is very cozy and close to the city center and train station.
