Everything was OK. Overall we’ve liked our stay. The swimming pool was great also.

There are some small parts of the room not finished yet (electrical wires hanging). And the wifi is not always working.

Exceptional property and staff. immaculately clean and well maintained and the staff were so friendly and so helpful 25 hours a day. could not ask for anymore. We will be returning to stay again next year, as we all loved our stay there.

All the staff is super friendly and hard workers. Everything is well organized and we could spent the best summer holidays ever. We spent 10 nights and saw few other hotels and restaurants, but this hotel is the place we will surely come back.

The restaurant had phenomenal food, the pool was really nice, the location was close to the beaches, and the underground parking is a really nice feature.

Nothing wrong with the hotel, but Ksamil in August is simply too crowded. A holiday in September would be a much better choice.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is lovely! Had everything in our room that we needed. The staff is really friendly and polite!

The staff of this family run hotel is really amazing, the hotel and facilities is brand new, the pool is really great. The beds are of superior quality and extremely comfortable and will guarantee you to be rested when waking up. The hotel is closely located to our favorite beach and restaurant in Ksamil and offers parking services both under the facility as well as next to it.

Unfortunately the hotel is not finished, this is noticeable in smaller details that start to appear at closer inspection, some are actually quite concerning; 1. There was no hand rail on the stairs while all of the floor is made of slippery marble, this is a concerning safety issue. 2. The floors are very slippery due to the chosen tiles, they look great but be aware with wet feet or shoes, it is a known fault as they started putting carpets in rooms and hallways. 3. unfinished or wrong build, like the power socket of the minibar goes automatically off when you remove the key holder form the switch at the door. In every room there are holes poked in the ceiling for an apparent required upgrade with some cable hanging out for future connection of something. The aircon does not go off when you open the balcony door even if there is a detection magnet switch. 4. The water pressure is too high, way to high. this results in overflowing shower floor in the bathroom, especially because there is no water barrier between shower and bathroom floor all being on same level and the drain cannot cope with the water flow. This further causes water and mold and wood rot on bottom of door type of problems that are already starting to appear. In one of the bathrooms the water pressure had split open the showerhead and water was spraying out from the side. 5. in one of the rooms we had a shower drain that was blocked by hair collection from previous occupants, these in floor gutter drains need deep cleaning after every room change! 6. The speaker from the Mosque across the street was pointed straight at the hotel. If you sleep with the door open you will be woken up before sunrise every morning. We hope the hotel can deal with these relative minor issues because it has great potential, of course being a new hotel opened just a year short before COVID probably hasn't helped them much and hope they can improve based on this feedback.

Terrific new hotel - all brand new and nicely decored. Room modern and spacious super clean, very nice balcony, private underground parking garage, nice pool with sunbeds and kind and informing staff. Very good restaurant in hotel. Beach is 10 min walk
