La terrasse est la pièce à privilégier en compagnie des chants d'oiseaux. Les pièces ont des dimensions correctes. Le parking sécurisé au sous-sol est appréciable. Le quartier, bien que populaire, dégage plus de quiétude que d'insécurité. Ne pas choisir Sainte Suzanne pour ses restaurants mais pour la proximité de l'aéroport et du cirque de Salazie.

Un effort sur la propreté serait bienvenu. Penser à donner le code de la boite à clefs dans les messages échangés (SMS ou mails) pour faciliter l'arrivée.

Very dirty and smelly rooms,insect in the kitchen and vey bad communication with owner. They asked us for additional 50 EUR for cleaning. I don t recommend.

A beautiful apartment on St Suzanne beach - a lovely outside balcony, and lots of useful amenities like a washing machine! Lovely decoration inside the apartment and good secure parking below.

The host didn't seem to have much trust in us as guests and made us feel like the area was unsafe - which we didn't feel it to be. There was also an expectation that you fully clean the apartment before leaving - where the host does a thorough inspection before handing back the deposit or passport - we were asked why we did not hoover! This is not something we have experienced with booking.com before as cleaning is not normally the guests responsibility! We are tidy respectful guests and I just feel like a little more trust is needed here.

Poor equipment in the kitchen.

The terrace was nice, the air conditioning worked well. There was a lot of equipment available in the apartment. We had a private parking space in the underground car park. The apartment was close to the sea, a bakery and a gas station with a convenience store were nearby. We had a lot of space in the apartment. It is quite big for two people. Larissa was a friendly host. We never met Nathalie unfortunately.

We were asked to clean the apartment on exit. This was a complete surprise for us as this wasn't mentioned in any document of our reservation. We were not even given an option to pay for cleaning instead. We asked Nathalie about this, but she ignored our question. Considering that the apartment wasn't very clean when we arrived, this was quite annoying for us. Since we didn't want to risk losing our security deposit, we cleaned the apartment carefully on our last day. At first sight, the apartment looked very clean. The floor was spotless. However, many of the dishes were sticky, there was a lot of old grease on the kitchen tiles, and we found a roach under a floor lamp. The bathroom was obviously cleaned but it looked worn-down and had a few damages. The quality of some towels was bad and the mattress was uncomfortable for us.
