My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. Although the outside of the property appeared dated, the inside of the unit was clean and nice. The view of the beach was good and the neighbors were quiet. We could not have asked more for our stay, and it was a good value.

My husband and I stayed with our two 1 year old dogs and had an amazing time! We accidently went to the South Tower instead of the North Tower and Melanie came to the property to ensure that we would be able to be taken care of and escorted us to the right location. The condo was very clean, great views of the pool and ocean, easy access to the grill and the just a quick walk down to the beach. The corner unit patio is ENORMOUS and had a lot of space for our dogs to play in the morning and to eat outside in the evening. The location to downtown Flagler is super close and this condo is in a nice calm part of town which we enjoyed. I would HIGHLY recommend staying for an extended amount of time :)

The location is the best it’s quite but conveniently located to many things to do lots of great restaurants near by the bid patio area is a big plus you can have sun or shade choice most of the day it is well cared for & fully stocked with all you will need for a stay

Perfect experience! I loved being able to see the ocean on the deck and sunset on the patio.

I would love to return to this condo again but we won't until the carpet on the stairs and upstairs is replaced with new carpet or flooring. Although the description says the unit had been updated, the carpet was worn out and nasty and should have been replaced years ago. You can't tell how old it is from the photos. I think it had been cleaned before our arrival because it had that dank, moldy smell of a way-too-old carpet that was too far gone to be cleaned, and all that did was stir up the smell of all of the grunge that had accumulated over the years. We made sure we didn't walk on it with our bare feet. I also opened the upstairs windows to try to air it out but the smell never went away completely. I didn't say anything to the host because I was there to enjoy our vacation and there was no point in raising the issue. There were a couple of minor things that I wouldn't otherwise mention, empty Kleenex box in the master bath, 2 tissues in the hall bath and no spare rolls of toilet paper which ran out. We picked up those items at the store and left them there. Again, not worth the trouble to contact management, we were there to enjoy ourselves. Otherwise, the host was very nice, the location of the unit is great, the downstairs area was very nice and we really enjoyed the patio. If it wasn't for the carpet I would have given it a 5-star review. I hope it gets replaced this year, if so we would love to come back.

We are a family of 5 and a couple of dogs & this condo was perfect for all of us! It was so spacious and comfortable, we all loved it! I loved the huge patio and the neighborhood. It was quiet and safe. I wanted so badly to sleep with the sound of the ocean but it just so happen to be the coldest week of the year, haha Management was very responsive and nice! I highly recommend this condo - it was great!

Condo was exactly as listed and close to where we wanted to be. Great view of the pool and ocean from living room. Amenities in the kitchen were abundant, could use a new corkscrew. Negative was having to climb stairs with luggage. Surface seemed clean but our dog quickly found food under the couch along with dust bunnies. Would stay here again.

Easy check in, even added an additional day with no hassle. Would love a ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom as it gets hot. Door handle to 3rd floor balcony was loose and could use repair for safety, especially if little ones were in the bedroom alone. No Washer Dryer but did appreciate the 1/2 bath downstairs. Would book again!

We did take a ride south to Daytona one day and north to St Augustine another day. We enjoyed the local restaurants for breakfast and dinner and did not have a negative experience. I would come here again for sure. We loved the layout of the condo and the location. The pool was great. Short drive to downtown for restaurants and shops. Every meal we had in the area was wonderful.

Kitchen is great for cooking and entertaining with main level living room and 1/2 bath. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Property owner had plenty of beach towels and pool/beach toys for the kids to use. Shuffleboard and tennis courts too, this place has it all, and so close to Flagler, Ormond and Daytona activities… Thanks!

Loved everything about this property. Clean, organized , and convenient. Was easy to leave it like we found it. Cleaning supplies,etc. Will be back next year.
