We had an amazing 6 week vacation at this beautiful condo. The condo was spotless, and had everything we needed. Melissa was always available to answer any questions, as well as keeping us updated regarding any news from complex management. The Beach & pier are a short walk & we really enjoy the Wednesday farmers market across the street. Good restaurants & shopping are within walking distance,. Short drive to town and supermarket. Beachside Diner is must for breakfast or lunch. The new Crabbys Beachside right next door had delicious meals. We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful property. The unit is spotless and stocked with everything you will need to enjoy the beach! Beautifully decorated spacious and very comfortable. Melissa is an excellent host and check in and out process so easy! Will definitely stay there again.

We just returned home from an absolutely incredible week at Seaside at Anastasia #106. The property was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and exactly as pictured/described…..well equipped with ALL the comforts of home! A reserved parking spot is right out the front door which was absolutely wonderful! Melissa was very prompt in all communications and wonderful to work with….only a quick text away if needed. Location is truly everything and this property could not be more centrally located!!! The pier and beach access is right across the street with an incredible farmer’s market being held on Wednesday mornings. Restaurants are within walking distance, as well as, shopping! We fell in love with Sunset Grille! We also loved our visit to Little Margie’s and Panama Hattie’s! Our daughter and her boyfriend had rave reviews about Antonio’s pizza across the street! MayDay ice cream offers an out of this world ice cream experience! Be sure to check out Island Donuts (the experience does NOT disappoint!) and for those that need their morning cup of caffeine, there is a full-service Starbucks located in the Embassy Suites hotel just up the street on the A1A. Lots to see and do all within proximity to the property and only a short drive away! The property was both quiet and peaceful….we did not hear any noise from neighbors. We were incredibly spoiled having both a washer and dryer in the condo! We could not have loved our stay more at this property and plan to return back….hopefully very soon!

Condo was great. Convenient to the beach just a short block walk. Condo had plenty of room for our family of 5. We had everything you needed for a home away from home. Thanks for a great stay!!

This property was really amazing!! We take a Family Vaca each year and this year was to St. Augustine. Melissa’s Condo was absolutely perfect for our family and the location was the best! We walked across the street to the beach daily, even on days we didn’t spend the entire day out there. There was a market on Wednesday which we took advantage of to buy fresh fruits and suvionrs. Driving into downtown St. Augustine was no trouble at all so that we could tour around as well. I would highly recommend this condo for your next family vacation. So much room and accommodations with all you need. We would definitely book again!!

Loved it. 2nd year back!

We are a family of 5, and this condo had more than enough room. This condo provided an easy walk to the public beach access, and EVERYTHING that you could ever need was provided (beach cart, shovel, umbrellas, boogie boards, chairs, towels, and more). We enjoyed our morning coffee on the screened in patio right on the corner closest to the beach. It is just a short walk to many restaurants (Sunset Grill, Beachside Diner, and Panama Hatties (ask for Becky) were among our favorites). Also, just a short drive over to the mainland to enjoy downtown St. Augustine. We thoroughly enjoyed Jan at A Ghostly Encounter. This condo was amazing!

The process of renting this condo was so easy. Melissa was wonderful to work with. Would highly recommend.

Great condo - very well equipped including beach toys and cart. It was super convenient to load everything in for the beach and step out without any stairs. Beach and pier are a short walk away, grocery stores 5 min drive. The host was very nice and responsive

Loved everything about our vacation rental! Condo provides all necessities and then some. Close to pool, beach, fishing pier, restaurants, and a short drive into town. Melissa is always available to answer any questions. Definitely coming back next year!

Our family of 5 (grandparents, adult kids) and 10 year old had a wonderful time. Plenty of space, and really well supplied. Beds were comfy, and condo was sparkling clean. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. It was clean, fully equipped with anything you would need, in an amazing location(especially with little kids!), and Melissa was extremely helpful and available if needed. We would love to come back !

This was our first time visiting St. Augustine, FL and had a great week with our family. We enjoyed the property which was very nice, clean and met all our needs. Easy close walk across the street to the beach along with the pizza restaurant and Rita's Water Ice. We would recommend staying here! Melissa the property owner was great to deal with! Awesome place for vacation!

This property is wonderful. We had five and had plenty of room for everyone. Great location. Near shopping, eating and just a short walk from the beach. Lots of things to do in Saint Augustine. Wife found lots of dust bunnies under bed.

We had a great time. The condo is larger than it appears on photos. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Location is excellent and complex is very well kept and tranquil.

Our group of 6 had a great time. The condo is convenient to the beach, restaurants, putt putt (Fiesta Falls) and a Shell station / convenience store. If you plan to dine at Salt Life, go during non-peak hours or prepare to wait at least an hour. Panama Hatties next door seemed promising but it was one of the most over-priced meals with the most unorganized level of service (food was “okay-ish”). Our kids are older (17 & 19) so they loved the proximity to everything. Rita’s Italian Ice across the street was a big hit. Pizza next door was good, as well. Melissa was great to work with and always accessible whenever we had questions. The condo has all. the. things. When we arrived, I noticed I didn’t have to pack as much as I did. There were beach towels, boogey boards, a beach cart, chairs, beach towels, and even sunscreen. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. It was also nice having a dedicated laundry room. We used the broom and stiffer wet jet several times to tidy up after our sandy selves. We all especially loves the giant couch with reclining seats. Plenty of room and then some for our group! The Clubhouse had games and puzzles which came in handy while Elsa blew through. We didn’t use the pool but it always looked clean and inviting when we walked by. And getting to and from Historic Downtown St. Augustine was easy. We enjoyed touring the lighthouse nearby, as well. You can literally do as much or as little as you’d like in St. Augustine. It was our first visit to the area and we had a lot of fun. Many thanks again to the hosts for providing such a well thought out home away from home.

The unit was very clean and quiet with plenty of room. We wish we could stay longer! The complex is well cared for and feels secure (it is gated). It was so easy to enjoy the beach since it was just a 5 minute walk!

This condo was perfect:) it’s roomy and clean. The check in process was easy! It’s a short walk to the beach. We were able to walk and get dinner every night to close restaurants. I will hopefully get to visit and stay here again :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Saint Augustine. The unit was located right across the street from the fishing pier and the beach. The sunrises are beautiful and totally worth getting up early for. The Wednesday market is worth a look and the historic Old Town was fun too. We purchased the hop on hop off for the Historic district and that worked out well. We would stay here again.

Lovely home, spacious and comfortable. Location is convenient to beach and Old St. Augustine. We were visiting family and had a wonderful time. We hope to rent again next year.
