If you like beach life, it is not in the first shore line :) But easy to get to the sea by bike or even on foot.

comfortable room just outside the historic center of Gaeta. lovely host. free use of the bikes if you want to explore (we didn’t because it was rainy!). simple but nice coffee and a pastry included as breakfast at the cafe nearby.

Loved the rooftop patio and free bikes. cristiano had excellent recommendations for restaurants and parking nearby. Breakfast around the corner was excellent.

We definitely enjoyed our stay! It is less than a minute walk to a supermarket and is just located a street back from the main street. This provides easy access to bus stops, beach and the old town. Breakfast was chosen from a bakery only around the corner a choice of sweets or savoury with optional barista coffee, all the food was lovely. Our host was amazing very swift with supplies and was always available to contact. She gave an amazing recommendation to a secluded beautiful beach and help with finding bus tickets. The Bikes were in immaculate condition and made it so easy to get around. Can’t thank her enough. If we are ever back here will definitely stay again.
