Our family (2 adults & 2 teens) stayed in this property during our recent trip to Gulf Shores. The location was great -perfect view, right on the beach and overlooking the pool. We were close to restaurants and shops, which made it easy to get where we wanted to go. The property itself is cute and has all you need (full kitchen, washer/dryer, plenty of room for 4 people). The beds were not the most comfortable, but overall, it was a great place to stay for a few days. The rental company was very helpful and great to work with. We would rent from them again.

The condo itself was a little outdated. Especially the bathrooms. There were some kickplates missing in the bathroom and also in the kitchen. The drawer underneath the stove was dented and did not close properly. Some of the blinds in the second bedroom were missing. My kids had to put a towel up to keep out the light. Much to my kids disappointment was no Wifi in this condo. That was very unexpected! I have not even asked if a condo or hotel had Wifi in about 10 years. That should really be advertised better. The biggest problem was we did not have hot water for three days while we were there. Even after it was fixed, after the second day, we did have hot water our last night. Also, maintenance did not have an extra key so I had to come up from the beach to let them in and stay in the condo while they worked on it. I have let the reality company know of all of the issues.

Overall the room was clean and was a great place to stay. Bender Realty staff made an error with my booking. But they were able to quickly fix it. I have no complaints. I could care less about a granite counter top or an updated bathroom. We thought the unit was perfect for what we needed for only a week. Great lay out, great view, nice amenities. Only thing we had issues with wad the elevators. One speed working on the first day of our trip making it a hassle to deal with only one elevator for 14 floors of guests. Being that we were on the 10th floor the stairs weren't an option. Oh well things do happen!

The unit could use a bid of upgrading, but served out purpose! Quick access to the beach and pool. The onsite security folks were friendly and helpful as well as those at Bender Realty. Parking was not great, but there was construction going on and we were advised in advance. However, even without construction, trying to navigate the parking lot in a F-150 truck would be a challenge. All in all a great experience that we highly recommend!

The location couldn't have been better. It is a few steps away from the beach and the view was fantastic. We spent a lot of time on the deck(wish it would have been open but it was still lovely. The condo itself could probably use some updating but that wasn't important to us. We were looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay right on the beach close to restaurants and attractions and this fit the bill.

Loved the location to beach and to all the hot spots. Close to everything. Condo was really nice and spacious enough for 4 adults.

We were very disappointed with our condo! The floors were filthy, sand in the bed when we arrived, the bathrooms had long hairs on the sides of the showers and the furniture smelled of body odor. We paid a lot of money to ensure we had a nice place to stay. Unfortunately, this condo was not it! We feel they should refund part of our money.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit provide a beautiful view of the ocean and is in a great location! HOWEVER that is where the good news stops. Unit is VERY outdated and was dirty - mold on floor boards, shower curtains. Bender had to send someone over to re-clean and replace the dirty kitchen utensils and pans, replace the shower curtain and remove MANY of the dusty items sitting on the tables. The second bathroom toilet was broken. Rust in and on the refrigerator. The wall have scratches and "yuck" smeared on them. Furniture is stained, sandy and does not match. The unit needs to pick a theme - Paris plates on the wall, ocean items sitting around, safari lamp and plate on one wall - nothing goes. Furniture is old and appears like an afterthought from a garage sale. The bottom trundle bed was covered in sand so we could not use it! Water was on the floor between the washer and refrig. Washer/Dryer unit appear newer and ran well! Bender was very responsive however it was certainly NOT worth the price we paid for the week. Others in our group were also renting and had clean, modern units. Luckily we were very busy at the ocean and other events so we had to spend minimal time in the unit. When we checked out we left a list of 25 issues. I also took pictures but no one has asked to see them for verification.
