Loved our stay- the condo, the furniture and decor, the location, the pool, and the rental company. It was perfect! Two small negatives: the kitchen isn’t stocked with ANY baking pans at all and the sofa bed is provided with twin sheets instead of full size.. and the mattress on it cannot be used it’s in such poor condition. But overall it was worth it and a great condo!!

We weren’t able to get cell service except in both bedrooms. We use Verizon and that wasn’t the problem. And the only other thing is both bathrooms needed more deep cleaning. The master has mold behind shower curtain and the baseboards in master were terribly dirty. They need to be cleaned. Thanks

Bender Realty staff was friendly and helpful. However, The Gulf Tower Condo 3b left something to be desired for the following reasons
1-the beach was eroded to half the size of the year before and the rental advertisement did not tell us there was limited beach
2-the white sofa was stained badly with something red. Bender agreed to send a cleaner but we put a quilt over it so we wouldn’t have the disruption
3-one of the two elevators was out of service and the other had a work in progress appearance.
4-the hallway ceiling panels had been removed exposing wiring and other mechanics which gave an appearance that the building was in disrepair
5-the dishwasher easily slid out of its place because it was not installed properly
So while my family had fun, we paid more than the accommodations were worth
Would I stay at Gulf Tower again? Most likely not.

I have not had to rent at Gulf Shores in a long time because we own a condo. I was so shocked that the unit did not have salt and pepper. there was also no soap provided for all sinks to wash your hands. I went to Bender to request ONE soap. The front desk lady was rude and very haughty acting. I never got the soap I requested.also, the floors were very sandy when I arrived.

The condo needed a serious cleaning there was hair everywhere. There was only one roll of toilet paper and the garbage bags were small and cheap tearing easily. We didn’t like only being able to have 1 vehicle per condo especially when the parking lot wasn’t even half full. We won’t be returning again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during spring break. The condo was clean and well supplied with everything we needed if we wanted to cook meals, or if we had little ones, there were many sand toys and some games to play. I would definitely staying in this condo again, or recommend staying to others. Also, the management team at Benders were extremely kind and friendly, as well as went above and beyond when we had car trouble and needed to find a mechanic.

This location and the ease of going from condo to beach is the absolute best. The unit was a little run down and dated but most of the furniture was good and comfortable. The rental company was one of the best. They are friendly and helpful. The cleanliness could be better.

We had a great time in this beautiful well furnished condo right on the beach. Great location to local restaurants, stores and night life. We had no problems at all and the Bender management team were wonderful.

It wasn’t a comfortable stay. The master toilet seat was too small for the toilet and moved as you sit on it. The sofa bed was stained and dirty and super uncomfortable. Kitchen needed some attention also, no dish towels.The lighting in the condo was very dim... it was hard to see at night. Just needs some upgrades!

The condo location is very convenient to local shopping, restaurants, etc. The view from this condo is absolutely beautiful! The two negatives were the condition of the carpeting and the dining table and stools. The carpet is very stained and/or dirty. The dining table is very high and you sit on high stools. It isn't suitable for children or older retirees who like some back support. It is difficult for a short person to actually climb onto the stools. A regular table and chairs would be much more comfortable and safe.

Our location on Gulf Shores was perfect. The view of the Gulf is just beyond our building and the view is beautiful. Our rental company, Bender, has been wonderful to know and work with. The people are so friendly and helpful in many more ways than just with our rental unit. I highly recommend Bender.

The condo looked well kept on VBRO. But: bed in master has loud and growling box spring. The mattress dipped at the head. Can use new matress. Toilets sit really low for 60 + it was hard sitting and getting up! Tub surround was old, warn. Bath could use reno. Kitchen was functional but could use some updating.
Location, TVs and sunroom were great! Beach views were second to none
The office personnel were readily available and nice.

Gulf Tower is undergoing a much needed face lift and is looking beautiful again. We stayed in 3 B. Ok owners time for kitchen and bath remodel and a new mattress please. The room was clean, linens where clean. Need new cookwear in kitchen. The view was fantastic, as was the beach. Close to restaurants and activities. The Bender staff is always helpful . We have used Bender for 20 years.

We rented 3B. The unit was just ok. The balcony was very nicely appointed, the furniture was a bit too rustic and kitchen cabinets very scratched up. The bed sheets smelled like suntan lotion so we had to wash all the sheets b/c apparently they weren't washed prior to our arrival. We couldn't watch the front room TV b/c the ethernet cable wasn't connected and nobody was able to come out b/c it was the weekend. We were given a key to access the pool area when it wasn't needed and both elevators stopped working at times. The condo common area was sub par. The mgmet staff went above and beyond to contact us and were very professional.

Great unobstucted view.
The unit could use a deep cleaning. The cleaning staff needs to take a little more time. would have been nice if the property were aired out before we arrived. It was not filthy but needs a thorough cleaning. The view from the balcony was great. Close to everything on the main strip.

Over all our experience was good. I did not appreciate the Realty coming into the property without first informing me. Not once but twice. We did not have a dishwasher the whole time because it broke with the previous owners. Which was not a big deal but we did purchase paper products to not have as many dishes. Over all I would stay here again because we love the location of the property
