Perfect location. There we found all needed cutleries, knifes, cups, dishes, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, fridge, working TV with many programs. We were nicely surprised there we found even safe-locker for our valuable items. All in all this apartment was good for its value.
The shower was hanging to free directions, we could not fix it. The shower cabin itself was extremely small to a level to make someone feel extremely uncomfortable. The shower curtain used to stick on someone's body because there was not enough space to move and the water was leaking out through the curtain. In general the shower and the shower space is the only disadvantage of this property, but a very important one. It needs an improvement.

Location was great, just in front of the beach, quiet area, lots of restaurants and stores nearby!
The bathroom needs definitely a refurbishment, The furniture was damaged, rusty sink faucet. We also found hair and dirt on the floor.

Great rate price/ accomodation. Close everywhere : beach, groceries, bus stop, rental shop etc. I would definitely come back next time.

Excellent location. Beach 1 minute away and lots of bars, restaurants etc close by but didn't find it too noisy at night. Lovely roof top terrace. Apartment was a great size and clean. Will definitely be staying here again.

The location is as best as you can get. 1 minute walking from the beach and all the best restaurants of Tenerife are within 5 minutes walking. The property is an excellent one especially considering the price. The hot water issue many complain must have been solved because we faced none.

Perfect location as it is on top of all the restaurants, but it isn't very noisy at night because everything is closed by midnight
Could provide better amenities. There was only one piece of soap...

The location, and it was quite quiet at night.
The biggest gripe would be the shower, after setting the correct temperature, getting into the shower, it started to get cold in less than a minute. We had a TV, but no English speaking channels.

I booked an apartment with a living room and bedroom (3 beds) but it was just one common area with 2 beds instead. I have written a message to the host complaining about that but did not receive any response. The host also did not respond to respond to phone calls.

On my last day, check-out was at 11 am and cleaners tried to get into the flat at 10:30 am. Only when they saw it was locked from the inside they rang and had to tell them to go away. I was getting ready to leave the flat but still needed time.
Also, there seems to be an issue with hot water, I was travelling alone and barely had enough water for 1 shower. Another person wouldn't have had enough water to shower right away.

Great place in the heart of Los Cristianos. Perfect location if you are travelling without a rental car and are not too mobile. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Lovely balcony to enjoy the evening buzz.

The flat looks better in reality then on the picture. It was such a comfort to have multiple rooms, a nice sofa, kitchen and separately a bathroom. In love with the 2 roof terraces. Location is perfect
Host didnt reply my messages so i didnt know how i'm gonna know the number of floor and flat until i got the keys

Water was cold. Called the emergency number. Was told someone would call me. Never had a call.
Very noisy. Extremely narrow bolcony with a huge crack in it. Not English tv channels. The lounge & tv were separate. I have to admit I never felt safe here at night due to the glass slatted windows it would be so easy for someone to get in.
