I stayed here as a little treat for the end of my trip in Thailand. I got upgraded to a great room and the service was spot on. The room was clean, comfortable and close to the pool.

I love the complimentary shuttle service from Airport to the hotel, The room was sizeable and comfortable. The vibe of the location was great, comfortable and relaxing The gym was adequate The concierge provided facility driving service to breakfast

There was very little not to like about our stay, This is very picky and minor: "The gym needs a water-filling station, however; the staff from the restaurant was kind and happy to fill our water bottle for me.

The pool was lovely, room was a good size, clean sheets and staff were friendly. Quiet. 24 hour dining. Free airport shuttle.

Mosquitos in the room with no bug spray provided. Lots of birds flying around and over the pool, so the pool ended up having lots of feathers and gunk. Dinner buffet was priced a bit high for adults, considering the spread wasn't large.

Die Lage zum Flughafen war optimal. Auch der Pool war wie beschrieben sehr schön.

Auf der Anlage, insbesondere am Pool waren zu viele Tauben. Diese Tauben verschmutzen auch die Außenfassade des Hotels. Leider waren auch die Hotelzimmer Fenster sehr schmutzig, so dass man kaum rausgucken konnte.

Nice pool and the room was comfortable. The bed was good

All peripheral areas were filthy - staircases, balconies etc, with bird poo, old leaves and lots of dust everywhere. We booked for a family of 4 and requested an extra bed in our room which was the room recommended on booking.com for our size group. They never responded to the message and in arrival time is it was 1000thb per night for the extra bed. When we complained that they had not told us this in advance and had not responded to our message, they told us that was the policy and there was nothing they could do. They were uncharming and it was a bad start to our stay. Breakfast was average. There was a big array of what we would consider lunch or dinner options on the breakfast buffet. The cheese was in the same platter as the meat which was unappealing as vegetarians. Service at dinner was terrible. We had to ask for everything several times, e.g. glasses so we could drink the water. The shuttle was helpful, but it is only every 90 mins and the timings were never quite right. The location is awkward, there really is nothing nearby. We booked a trip to the floating market as everything was far away. They told us it was a 90 min drive which was just about manageable with trek small children. In reality it was 3 hours. The driver told us that we should have left at 6am which was our original request - it was the front desk staff who told us 7am would be fine. We will never go back there

Food wasn’t great - service was slow and was unwell the following day after eating from the buffet. Air con in room didn’t work properly. Lots of Asian tourists who were very loud!

Ich möchte hiermit meine äußerst enttäuschende Erfahrung während meines Aufenthalts im Divalux Hotel teilen. Dies war zweifellos das schlimmste Hotel, das ich je in meinem Leben besucht habe, und ich bin schockiert darüber, wie es möglich ist, dass eine Einrichtung dieser Art mit fünf Sternen bewertet wird. Zunächst habe ich für einen Shuttle-Service bezahlt und meine Flugdetails über Booking an das Hotel weitergegeben. Trotzdem war niemand am vereinbarten Treffpunkt, als mein Flugzeug eine leichte Verspätung hatte. Ich wurde vor die Wahl gestellt, eine Stunde lang in der Hitze mit vollen Gepäck zu warten oder mir selbst ein Taxi zu organisieren, was ich dann auch tat und selbst bezahlen musste (Bemerkung: Free Shuttle Service war im Preis inklusive). Der Check-In dauerte über 15 Minuten. Wir haben keine Aufklärung zu den Räumlichkeiten bekommen. Anschließend musste meine Freundin und ich unser Gepäck selbst in das Gebäude tragen, da das Hotelpersonal lieber auf der Lobbycouch saß, anstatt uns zu helfen. Das Zimmer roch unangenehm und es gab sehr viele Mücken. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen ( jetzt gerade ) war eine reine Katastrophe. Obwohl es bis 10:00 Uhr angeboten wurde, gab es um kurz vor 08:00 Uhr kaum noch Auswahlmöglichkeiten.

Отличный достаточно новый отель. Бассейн большой и комфортно отдохнуть после дороги. Заселение очень быстрое. Кафе на территории, большой выбор блюд, относительно не высокая цена. Номер отличный, просторный, кондиционер работает отлично, кровать удобная, ванная большая. До аэропорта рано утром добираться одно удовольствие, в районе 20 25 минут... Днем, поездка может занять до часа.

Единственный минус на взгляд моей девушки, в кафе тарелки относительно чистые, требуют обновления и более тщательной мойки.

Loved the room and facilities onsite, had a nice luxury and relaxing feel.

Unfortunately, we were given an adjoining room so our neighbours were very loud and noisy through the night.

I didn't like anything from this hotel, it has misrepresente tthe location especially the travel time from the airport. It is at least 60min on average from all shopping area and eatery. Id recimmend this place if you feel like eating dust..

Everything abt the hotel is unlikeable. The reception has aircon but the maindoors are kept opened at all times and it's 35c outside. The reception took 15min to register ONE person. Don't you just enjoy the wait and high temperature

Check in took a long while. Lots of mosquitoes in one of the rooms we booked and the other room smelled damp. Location was In the middle of nowhere and still quite a long journey to airport due to heavy traffic

Food quality of the restaurant

Tolle Anlage mit großem Pool, bequemen Liegen ... Es gibt 2 Restaurants und ein sehr gutes Spa. Das Personal ist super, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Bett war bequem.

Der Zustand des Mobiliars war nicht mehr so gut, wie auf den Bildern.

Breakfast was clearly focused towards huge numbers of Chinese guests. .Minimal western/European foods for breakfast. So not very enjoyable. Cockroaches running around the outside seating area of the restaurant. Needs pest control treatment. Airport transfer is good but you have to be able to fit with their timetable. We ended up getting a taxi, on the meter, from the airport. It was only around 140BHT. But did get the transfer back to the airport for onward flight. OK for a night.

Very big room very beautiful and comfortable . Very good swimming pool . Amazing breakfast but not cheap.

The toilet was totally blocked after one go .. but they sent someone , who came very fast and repaired it.

A long way from the airport and public areas also dated and in need of a deep clean and light refurbishment. Email communications too slow and needed to be chased by phone calls. Very limited spaces on the shuttle bus which could be problematic.

De kamers en het personeel was top Wij zijn maar 1 nacht gebleven omdat we een overstap moesten maken op het vliegveld. Van de faciliteiten dus geen gebruik gemaakt. Maar het zwembad en de sportzaal zagen er top uit.

Het restaurant was echt slecht. 1,5 uur gewacht op eten. Toen wisten ze niet meer wat we hadden besteld. Spraken slecht Engels. ‘s morgens bij ontbijt was er veel bestek, kopjes en borden vies.

Shuttle bus did no space enough, after wait per more than 15min I decided to book a taxi, finally I lose the fly. I book this hotel only because is close to the airport and suppose have this facility but in the end was a disaster. No recommended

Room had been smoked in, it was disgusting to be fair! Breakfast was rubbish too. Not much selection to go on.
