This is a wonderful cabin right outside of Talkeetna. The neighborhood is rural and everyone is friendly. The hot tub is a shared community space, and there is a camera on it, which I found uncomfortable, so we chose to not partake in that amenity, but the cabin itself is a perfect cozy getaway, well-kept, and super clean. The hosts are lovely and provided excellent communication before, during, and after our stay! Would absolutely return for the cabin experience again!

Our plans changed a lot as we were trying to get a flight in around Denali but the weather wouldn’t cooperate, thankfully we were able to enjoy the cabin as a base for an evening while making new plans and enjoying the town. Fantastic host, and appreciate the flexibility.

Check-in was a breeze and Sheila greeted us and told us about nice places to dine and areas to see around town. The cabin was clean and well stocked and having a Keurig with K-Cups was a nice bonus! I would definitely stay here again!

The only thing is I would have like to see some sand or something on the ice to have some grip on the way to hot tub
