Pure Sardina - family-friendly villa with sea-view / mountain-view and 1a pool
Die Villa liegt in dem wahrhaftigstem Teil Sardiniens: Unberuehrte Natur, endlose Straende, Sonnenschein rund um die Uhr, direkt neben malerische-schoenen Bergen, die zu Rad- und Wandertouren einladen. Die Villa ist geeignet fuer eine grosse oder 2 kleine Familien (sie kann in 2 separate Wohneinheiten getrennt werden). Neben den 10 hier angegebenen Schlafmoeglichkeiten gibt es noch 3 weitere Betten als Aufklapp-Couches. Der nagelneue 10x5m Aussenpool liegt unmittelbare vor den beiden grossen Sonnenterassen, von wo aus Sie den Kindern beim planschen zusehen koennen, waehrend Sie bei Meeresblick entspannt ein Glas unseres hauseigenen Weines oder Traubensaftes geniessen koennen (das Weinfeld liegt unmittelbar angrenzend an dem Grundstueck). Die Villa liegt auf einem 10.000qm grossen, eingezaeunten Grundstueck, das Platz fuer viel Abenteuer bietet. Ein Car Port fuer 2 Autos haelt Ihr Gefaehrt auch im Sommer schoen kuehl. Wifi, TV und DVD Player sind vorhanden. Aussengrill, Tischtennisplatte und Gartenmoebel ebenfalls.
Vor Anreise werden wir Ihnen eine lange Liste mit Google Maps Lokationen zumailen mit den schoensten Straenden, Sehenswuerdigkeiten, Aktivitaeten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten (was Sie locker 2 Wochen beschaeftigt halten sollte). Sardinien ist bekannt fuer seine endlosen Straende, die auch in der Hauptsaison weit entfernt von Uebervoelkerung sind. Nur 4km von unserem Haus entfernt ist die Wassersportstation von Vignola Mare, einem bekannten Windsurf- und Kite-Spot.
This villa is located in the most typical part of Sardina: untouched nature, endless beaches, sunshine all day, next to beautiful mountains with challenging hiking and biking trails. The Villa is suited for one large or two small families (can be seperated in 2 flats). Beside the 10 beds there are 3 further sleeping possibilities on couches. The brand new 10x5 pool is right in front of the 2 large terasses, so that you can enoy watching the kids in the pool while you enjoy the sea view and a glass of our home-made red wine or Grape Juice (wine-field right next to the house). The house is placed on a 10.000 square meter fenced terrain providing a lot of adventure for the kids. A car port for 2 vehicles keeps your cars cool throughout the summer. WiFi, TV and DVD player are available. Outside BBQ, table tennis as well as terrasse furniture are available as well.
We will provide a list with Google Maps Locations for the most beautiful beaches, must-do's, must see's, best restaurants and shopping locations (should keep you busy for at least 2 weeks). Sardina is known for its endless beaches, which even in summer-time are far from being crowded. Only 4km away from our house there is a beach with a large watersport station (Vignola Mare being a top windsurf / kite spot)

The property is nicely finished, big and in a beautiful location, near to several beaches and just outside the village of Vignola Mare. The pool and terrace offer a perfect holiday experience. However, there are some details that could improved in the utilities and in the garden. The description of the house is not clear, as there are 5 double rooms and an additional room with a sofá bed of about 100x190 cm. In the living room of the lower floor, at the pool level there are two additional sofa beds, one double (that should be ameliorated) and one single. This living room is quiet and can be used as a bedroom, however as always the beds offer a better confort so this house would be best for groups of 10. Communication with the owner is easy and he replays quicky to the messages.

Property was a good size and spacious with 5 separate bedrooms over two floors. Some areas looked tired and in need of refurbishment. Good sized pool and outside space but better furniture needed. No wifi available. Car is essential as restaurants and places of interest are quite a distance from the property.
