Everything was great here. Very clean when we arrived. Since we communicated earlier in the week, we were able to get access to the condo a few hours earlier, which was greatly appreciated! Very well stocked, just like a home. So many bath towels and beach towels! Gaarie & Elaine were so generous to provide extras that most rentals do not… paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, tissues, and hand soap!The beds were comfy, and we loved the large living room because our local family visited us during the day. The beach and ocean views were absolutely wonderful. Access was so nice since there are only 4 units in the building. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo is great. We had 2 adults and 4 kids. The furnishings we all clean and comfortable. I appreciated the stuffed animals in the bunk room. The decor was great. The kitchen was well equipped. There is a ton of beach toys and supplies if you don’t want to bring your own. The owners are very responsible and helpful. Now everything can’t be perfect, right? There was no ice cream scoop. In all seriousness, if you drive a large SUV or truck parking can be an issue. The garage has a 6’-6” clearance. I wasAble to get my F250 in the garage carefully. There are two spots with no sprinkler heads that I was able to fit in.

Great location. Beach access was great, not crowded at all. Spent each morning on beach. Came up to house around 3pm, got ready to go out to dinner. Not far from clearwater, walking distance to great restaurants and ice cream at kooky coconut. Had ice cream every night. We also ate lunch there a couple times. Great tacos and burritos. We plan on returning next year and will try and stay at the same place.
