the host is aware of a few small improvements the property would benefit from such as an outside shower by the pool

- Quick check-in on late arrival - The beds and matresses on the top floor which we used were very comfortable. - Astonishing sea view from top floor - As long as we had power the old fridge was working very well.

We had big issues during our stay on this property! Quick summary: • Very old property and not as seen in booking.com. Old and used furniture. No investments made in the past decades. • Far too high price. • Not clean at all when we checked in. Inside the entire house ants all over. Really disgusting. • Not all aircons were working properly. Very old and obviously no maintenance made. All existing air con remote controls were in a very bad shape. • Property responsible isn’t customer centric all. Only focused to run this business with as low as possible efforts and services. • Not family/customer friendly only profitability driven by the landlord and property responsible. Suspect business. Some details: Since day 1: We had no warm/hot water. Only lukewarm. We adressed to the property responsible Mehmet. No resolution until the last day. • The washing machine wasn’t working either after 2 rounds of washing on day 2. On day 4 it worked again. • Day 3: All our complaints were unheard by the property responsible so we tried to get information on how and when our issues could be solved. He became very unpolite during our final call and insulted me that since day 1 I am a „very annoying and demanding customer and that I only rented this property I didn’t buy it. It is not a 5 star and that from now on he won’t answer any of my calls. He was shouting at me that I should just leave the keys when leaving. He was very rude and aggressive. I never experienced this before. • Day 6: No power AND no water available at all since lunch time! So nothing was working. No cooling fridge, no air condition, no water for showering, toilet, cooking etc. We adressed it immediatedly but no resolution. • Day 7: Still no power and no water available until 2.30 pm, so more than 1 day! Resolution was done via an electrician so again it was a property issue. No force majeure!

Very good villa with private pool and outstanding view from the second floor. Very quite/cozy place where you can feel really privat

Should be proper description that can't be an option if you are travelling without the car

Amazing views. Quite big bathroom with jacuzzi. And also personal was helpful.

Excellent location if you like peace and quiet . This villa is not in KALKAN town but is half way up the mountain on the Bezergan Road . Easy to walk down to harbour or into town but definitely take a taxi back up (only 25tl .....around £3 per trip .There is nothing to do up here other than enjoy the view (which was fantastic ) . The Villa itself has an amazing view to wake up to every morning form the master bedroom and everything you need . However no local shop (take a taxi to local supermarket when you arrive . There was a great welcome pack to see you until you are able to get to the supermarket . The apartment itself could do with minor upgrading ie batteries in remote controls for air conditioning and a decent hair dryer . There were limited sockets in the master bedroom and the bedside lamps couldn't be plugged in (no sockets ....no light bulbs ! ) Could be doing with more lamps !! HOWEVER as stated these issues were only MINOR and the views made up for this . Great pool and entertainment area ! Tv has only two English channels !(cable or a smart tv where you can change the language would be good for times to entertain or a dvd player /radio. Overall great value for money and I Would definitely stay her again (some accommodation in KALKAN much more expensive !!!

DOGS !!! There are local dogs who were in a pack and were seriously frightening . I couldn't get back to my accommodation one evening when out walking as they wouldn't let me past ! This is a safety issue and needs dealt with . I am a dog lover but this was scary !! This may put people off staying here but people especially with children need to be aware of this ....;.
