Super Hotel Saitama Kawagoe

The hotel was very clean and updated. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent. There were variations every day and they were very healthy. I also loved the hot spring that was available for long hours. Sometimes, I soaked in the hot spring in the evening and in the morning. It was so relaxing. The hotel was conveniently located. The major stations were in short walking distance and convenient stores and a grocery store were a few minutes away. I also liked that the hotel was making a lot of effort to be gentle to the environment.

I had a big suitcase as I stayed longer. The space was a little tight to open the suitcase. There was not much space to spread out my clothes either but it was manageable. It wouldn't stop me from staying there again because everything else was excellent.

Love that there is a selection of pillows available!

The password lock system

Ten minute walk to multiple train stations. Staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly when we arrived late to check in due to travel delays.

Minimal luggage storage space

The staff were personable. The hotel offers a Welcome drink (alcohol) on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. The breakfast was a good range of both Japanese and Western food.

The room was small… basically a bed with just enough room to shuffle between it and the counter. If you have a big suitcase, you will find it will take up the limited space you have. The toilet/showed/bath is just big enough to turn around in.
