Location, view.

The garage door was broken and we have to find spot outside. The shower head was not working.

Warm welcome. Easy communication with host. Modern, very comfortable and clean apartment with a terrace with a breathtaking sea view.

The position was very convenient

I have found the apartment frozen, as the lady managing it forgot to switch on the heating (or it was perhaps intentionally off to save energy??). By rhe way, as a customer i would say, not a good welcome for the guest!!! Also a technician was needed to set everything properly, and it took 2 dags to arrive at a good temperature.

The location of the apartment is great offering stunning views of the bay which is in easy walking distance. The balcony which surrounds the apartment is stunning and excellently equipped with a table, lounge area and sunbeds. The main room is huge and comfortable.

In the evening there was no shopping mart close by which was still open. The garage car park was too challenging for a big car.

Fabulous apartment, amazing views from the spacious balcony, very well equipped, spacious and spotlessly clean. Everything had been thought of, including beach towels and sun hats! Great location very close....5 mins walk max..... to a lovely beach at the quieter end of Juan les Pins. Would defiantly recommend and would love to visit again. Prompt and helpful communications with the host, excellent all round and even better than the photos!

Wonderful terrace with nice sea view. Very close to the beach (with soft yellow sand).

No sunbeds at the pool.
