Prácticamente todo. Maravillosa ubicación. Limpieza.

Very kind host. She adapted quickly to our time arrival even with arounf 1-hour delay due to traffic jam on the highway. Very nice welcome and all the explanations about the city, restautant, and home organization as well.
To Booking manager: the "breakfast included" claim means you have the service like buffet breakfast or served breakfast in hotel or like B&B bed-and-breakfast service. The standard means you have place to sleep and in the morning a fresh (already) prepared breakfast. Here, there was a enough amount of ingredients to prepare on your own the breakfast for a couple of days. Thus, it is not "breakfast included" accomodation.
