Alex the host was exceptional. In addition to a warm welcome and communication he helped us when our overnight train was cancelled. The location is brilliant. Metro stations really close incl chatelet Les Halles. Two toilets and two showers was great for family of 5. Heating great
One night was a little noisy in two of the rooms but the remaining 5 nights were great.
Lights are a little dim in one room but didn’t cause a problem.

The location was great and it was very secured.
It was a little beat up. Plaster was cracked in lots of spots. Mold in the bathroom and one bathroom door didn’t work. That bathroom also smelled like sewer and locked people in. The latch is junk. The street noise was crazy loud in the bedrooms off the street. Fine if you are out there parting and then come back. For a sleeping family it was my fault for not researching clubs near by.

Fantastic central location. Very clean and well kept. Had all the amenities you’d need for a short city break. Host was easy to communicate with and fast to reply. Comfortable bed.
As it’s a small studio that’s likely most busy around summertime, it would be a huge improvement to have air conditioning. Even with the windows open in the evening, the room would get very hot.

Fantastic location. Large enough for a family with a couple of seating areas. Sofa bed was comfy. 2 good showers. Lots of bars and restaurants close by.
One of the bedrooms open to living area - fine but not clear from photos. Quite dark - website photos are flattering! Wifi very poor (slow to open simple webpages, no chance of streaming, used 4G data). TV did not work. Messaged host but never heard back. Furnishings a bit tired. Noise in bedroom from adjacent flat (but stopped about 11pm).

I recommend this accommodation only if the other is all full booking in Paris.
The bedding was worst ever, it wasn’t managed, we found a lot yellow stain & pen marks, also pillow has sweat smell, the blankit was too thin. Also the smell of a sewer has been up in bethroom and also spread in stairway outside.
The bethroom is too small, you can use toilet/bath sink/shower room only with turn your body. The hot water supply wasn‘t smmoth, 2 people couldn’t complete shower consecutivley. Also there is no Aesop amenities unlike online overview.
The towers provided are only 2 big towers and 1 small tower to 2 people with 2 nights. We requested additional towel but didn’t received any reply, also we requested thick blankit, he didn’t also. The towel also smells like cigarettes.
The washing machine had water leak, we should remove the water on our own immediatley becasue there are close near by lots of unarranged electric lines connected TV and wifi. It’s reported to him but there is no reply or action.
We still have doubts whether we’d assined correct room(studio not suites) in correct bd. You shouldn’t be confused with actual Best Stay Apart Hotel with different address.
We paid never reasonable price, but absolutely ever couldn’t feel comfortable here, regret to visit it.

The apartment is in a good location.
Some of the furniture was very tired. It was not always possible to get hot water in the shower. One of the bedrooms doors could not be closed due to the noise in moving it (sliding door). Having to buy loo roll and dishwasher tablets should not be necessary at the price charged.

Great location & in a really good area. Easy to reach the apartment via Metro once we got off the Eurostar, and good access to all main attractions. The apartment was small but comfortable & had everything we needed, and the area had bars, shops, restaurants without being too loud.

Expensive for the kind of room we got. It was average. The toilet was a nightmare because unless you are size zero you can't really use the toilet without rubbing against the basin. That toilet really ruined the trip for me because I couldnt clean up without doing gymnastics and that's a shame. Otherwise if ur thin, the property has a great location, washing machine and wifi and cooking stove and toiletries.

The bed was good. Nothing else was.
Manager appeared to not know I was coming. No arrival instructions. And THE ROOM WAS NOT THE ONE SHOWN ON THE BOOKING.COM CONFIRMATION PAGE. No side tables beside bed. No cupboards. Shower was so small was very difficult to use. Bathroom tiles loose. Water evacuation loose. Cooking difficult, very few kitchen utensils. Sometimes noisy. Greasy iron board cover. Throughout the booking and stay, management appeared to not take notice of my messages.

disaster.very dirty . Very hot in the room and when you open the window it’s more disaster you can see the attached photo full of big flies chasing it all night . It’s verrrrrrry old and all the equipment was very dirty and old you scare to cook or eat from them . The washing machine was full of water leakages, the shed was broken, the washroom was broken tiles and not enough to take shower.there is no duvet Only cover, make up table was verrry dirty and cracked as the picture I took. Curtain was absolutely disgusting not clean since one year. All bed linen seems longe time not washed,the stairs was from ice age,I don’t know really the guest how they were rating that’s good ,, what we saw in the picture not matching the reality.. for apartment I will not even pay 20 euro per night.

perfect location! nice, safe area and close to the metro lines, loads of bars and restaurants down the road from apartment. Host was great and held our bags for us after check out, the apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed and more!
