My family of three had stayed here a week this summer. We hada great time! The house suited all our needs and the location was fantastic. The only recommendations I would make would be to bring your own chairs if you want to hang out on the balcony, theres no chairs up there and the only thing we could do was lug the beach chairs up stairs... which was inconvienet and sandy. Also, it's probably not the place if you are really tall. I'm not tall, and managed to bang my head on the ceiling everytime I went downstairs. The listing doesn't make note, but you walk through the 2nd bedroom to get to the master, there is no door between them, just a shear curtain. That was a bit of a disapointment as the point of booking a bnb as opposed to a hotel for us is the privacy of having two bedrooms. All in all, we'd stay here again. The outdoor shower was great, the off street parking was nice to have, but since we went early in the season and our SUV wouldn't fit, we didn't use it. A regular car would probably fit though. The house was well done and very comfortable for 3-4 people.

The house is actually bigger than I thought, the downstairs is very open and not as small as I thought. The upstairs is really just one bedroom with a curtain dividing two sections. Giant outdoor shower is great. Location location location!!! Right on the beach. You can’t find a more affordable beach front house in LBI
