Accogliente con possibilità di parcheggio e con un proprietario sempre disponibile. Cucina completa e letto comodo. Fuori dal centro, che resta facilmente raggiungibile in auto.

Bagno minuscolo e abbastanza scomodo anche per solo due persone e qualche problema di corrente quando si accende il climatizzatore in contemporanea alla lavatrice.

The apartment was big enough for five people, very cosy and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and there was even food available for breakfast such as biscuits, fruit jam, cakes, juice, coffee, milk, bottled water and even a pot of Nutella! The owner was also very kind and gave us useful advice for our stay, for example he suggested good restaurants nearby and parking near the Royal palace. The parking is in an inner courtyard. I would highly recommend this b&b for a family or a group of friends.

Very friendly welcome, he was waiting for us at the apartment to give us the keys and introduce us to the apartment itself. Apartment is close to the centre of Caserta, especially if you wanna visit the Royal Palace, its in a perfect location. Everything was very clean and we had a perfect location to stay during our 1 week visit.

A very tastefully presented apartment. We had a very comfortable stay. Andrea the host was an absolute gentleman who couldn’t do enough for us.

Missing an iron for clothing.

Our host met us at the agreed time and showed us around the apartment. He was very friendly, demonstrated how to use the facilities that were provided and took time to help us arrange a reservation for an evening meal. He also gave us other recommendations for places to eat later during our stay. The photos of the apartment are true to what you'll get. It is a modern, well appointed and comfortable place to stay . At the end of our stay, our host returned at the agreed time and took time to make sure we'd had a good stay and listened to our feedback. I'd be very happy to return.

There was very little about the apartment that I didn't like. The location is very good, but it also means it's on a road that at times gets very busy. Access to the shared off-street parking is a little difficult. We had a small hire car (Toyota Yaris) which was fine, but a larger vehicle might struggle. Reversing out onto the narrow street was also a lot easier with someone to hold up the traffic!
