Absolutely appalling property, do not waste your money staying here. Described as Executive but far from it! Bedding smelled of sweaty heads, wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Oven was stained. Cooker hood didn't work. Dining chairs were filthy with ingrained dirt. Broken sofa bed. Shower cubicle and tiles had black mould. Limescale build up outside of the shower. Toilet pan had brown stains. Bath surround had black mould. Toilet holder not secured properly, toilet just falls off. Before visiting the apartment, I specifically asked for the apartment to be cleaned adequately. I was advised that the cleaning is being outsourced and should be no problems. On arrival, I checked the state of the bedding, as it was not satisfactory I immediately called Pass the Property. I was advised that the cleaning team will be in touch. 45 minutes later, I called again and again a third time many hours later. No response at all from the cleaning team or customer services during my 3 day stay. On my return, I was told I should have highlighted all the issues insitu, and as a result no compensation. Absolutely disgusting. Please avoid at all costs.

The security door was playing up sometimes it wouldn't work the first time and the beds were a little uncomfortable other than that had a pleasant stay

parking, broken kettle and smoke alarm and no blinds, early checkout was not pleasant.

Beds where terrible and it was supposed to be sleep 6 2 being on sofa bed which was broken and couldn't sleep even 1 person Also there have taken my security deposit due to parking permit which I came back and posted at the apartment and there lying saying there haven't found it a big lie I would never recommend this apartment and booking. Com shouldn't advertise this apartment

The parking area can be looked at, the side street is very busy with cars going rather fast. We did not leave our vehicle on that side street but utilised a friends parking area.

Well kept, clean, modern flat. All instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Fire alarm not in working order, one in the living area was hanging out the celing. The one in hall needed a battery which was blipping 2 times every minute. Just to be asked to deal with the issue myself. Contact not helpful and requested a refund due to issues with no update.

The fact of not being in a hotel, specially in this unprecedented time, and we had everything we needed to cook. The apartment was perfect as we had young children, the house was just what we needed.

The down side is the fact we needed to vacate the property before 10am, it was a hard thing. we went there for a family wedding, so we came back late the night before, vacate the property before 10 am was a nightmare, specially with younger kids.

It is advertised as Leeds.... It is at least 8 miles from Leeds in a scruffy area call Batley Carr. There is not one wall in the place that does not need painting. I have the photos but not enough space on here to share! The blinds in the living area are full of dirty marks and you literally have to stand on the window sills to pull them down and be careful the windows are full length. The lamps are cheap and flicker if you dare to put them on. Two bathrooms, don't flush the toilets as the flushes are broken! the silver discs fall off in your hand. The smoke alarm is hanging to the ceiling on a wire. Make sure you bring your own towels, the ones that were left for us we supposed to be white... They were awful. Not to mention the foreign substance on the bedroom cushions it looks like something that "come"s from a man's body. The flat is modernly decorated until you look at the clunky old table and chairs... Whilst adequate it does not make for an executive apartment. If this was a school report I would be say needs to go back to basics and learn their ABC when it comes to renting short stay accommodation. Had to wait and make sure I got my deposit back before leaving this review. This is the first time I have been dissatisfied with a property booked on booking.com and I book on a monthly basis. Would never come back to this place!

The property were big and looked amazing, better then on a pictures. Comfy beds, really nice place to stay also nice neighbours around.

The only thing what we didn’t like was that we had to travel for about an hour by bus to get to Leeds city centre or paying £30 for the taxi to get there but other then that everything was great. Highly recommended.😁

The apt building was not easy to find, the directions didnt help. We had to call the office asbut no entry instruction, they wanted a deposit ( seperate to booking.com) before they would release check in details, so not the best start. The lift ride to the third floor was ok and the building seemed smart enough but once inside the apt was very disappointing. Really cheap furniture and fittings, poorly installed ( smoke alarm hanging off ceiling, loo roll holder wobbly, loo seats sliding ) just 2 small glasses , pots and crockery really grubby and the overall clean was terrible, smears on mirrors, grime in corners and every light switch, draw and door handle sticky , smeared or crusty, yuk. Really not relaxing at all. Bedding seemed clean, but beds cheap and mattress springs uncomfortable. We checked out early and only stayed one night instead of two, needs a deep clean and better furniture and fixtures, it was quite oppressive and grim, no comfort or luxury

Really nice and clean. Only thing is I wouldn’t leave the windows open in the bedroom as we had A LOT of ants coming in. Other than that it was amazing and we all really enjoyed it. Thanks
