Casa Dolce Casa Ravello

Location was just below town, stairs at the end of the entrance. Felt safe, wonderful views, amazing breakfast!!

Nothing

Close to town and excellent breakfasts. Staff service is excellent also together with room clean.

One night not enough

The staff was beyond excellent and helpful. It was a wonderful spot to stay. My only issue was with the booking.com platform. Because I had paid prior to arriving at the hotel, my credit information was held within the platform. My credit card was compromised and booking.com did not respond to my concerns. I am no longer using this platform for travel reservations.

The entire experience was excellent minus the booking.com platform which caused a number of issues for me.

Jennifer was very friendly and welcoming! Nice and clean, with great views. I was going to give 10/10, but I was disappointed with the below…

I had written beforehand explaining that we were there for my 50th birthday, so it would have been nice with a “Happy Birthday” or on a card in the room. We had booked the Area Relax for 6pm, but when we came there in our bathing clothes it was locked and closed. It had to be heated up for half an hour, so we had to wait and ended up being late for our dinner. I had then booked the breakfast to be served on our terrace, but despite reminding the staff in the morning, it was still served in the restaurant. Little things like that matter, and would have been easy for you to fix. We were there in March, and the outdoor pool was empty. It would have been good to know also.
