Entrance to the apartment was dark , with a dark hallway .

the apartment is close to the lake and the Rheinberg palais and park - the kitchen is well equipped and the terrace is perfect to beat the heat in the late afternoon - the restaurant beneath does not disturb at all -

When I arrived on Thursday at ca. 7pm the premises of the restaurant were closed - because of Ruhetag! A person walking around told me that the owners also are in charge of the Ratskeller in the center of town. So I had to walk there with my trolley which is quite breathtaking because of the cobblestone. All that happened although I had phoned from Berlin at 4pm saying that my train was late and I would not be in Rheinsberg before 7pm.
