The view was lovely , could not have ask for any better
Apartment was lovely apart from the shower room and the sofa. One suggestion I would make is people arrive in very late. Would you not do an option of a food pack? Maybe a cereal, bread, eggs, milk and sugar just for the first morning and this of course could be optional
The hills to your apartment were a nightmare 😭
Some of the there a problem with a small shower room. You couldn't really use it as a shower room as when he had a shower it flooded
Living room so if I was very uncomfortable not very big. Really for a family of four when you want me to sit

The views , Parking Spot in the Garage , Very Clean Apartment , Washing Machine, Dishwasher , Oven , Toaster , All kitchen stuff , Easy Coms with the landlord !
Frying pans could be replaced as they are very scratched , couldn’t fry on them

Very nice apartment on 36the floor (starting from -6), so yes high in the sky with fantastic view and sun shining all day.

sometimes the climb up to the property felt a bit steep in the sun/ July heat, I guess that is the price you pay for the view.

The view over Benidorm was amazing from the 37 Floor. It is a very quite and peaceful location.
The building staff are all very helpful and friendly.
The lady who looks after the apartment and checks you is extremely nice.
The double bed base needs replaced it makes a noise with the slightest movement , the sofa bed is not comfortable to sit on and is very small. The shower room is tiny and when you turn in the shower you hit the tap and get scalded ,also it leaks on the floor.
The apartment get's very dusty and requires a vacuum, not just a brush. Also a lack of cleaning clothes and duster's.

The view
This place is just focused on making as much money as possible. The positive note: want to say that the lady who came to give us the key was really friendly and after seeing our coffee (Nespresso) went to another apartment and brought a coffee machine to us. She does not speak English (if someone minds, we didn’t).
The place itself is really really basic for the amount paid. The location and the view is amazing but that is basically it. The information booklet starts off with the amounts you need to pay in case you break something or forget to take out the garbage (if you forget to do that: boem, 50€ fine), check out late; boem another 50 € fine. What a nice start of your stay! the sofas are really not comfortable, everything is plastic and it just doesn’t feel right. Won’t stay again and won’t recommend.

The apartment was spotless, has all the facilities you need, and you can't imagine the wonderful views you get from 41th floor... The beds was perfect for me and my husband. Also, a great location, near to the beach (less than 10 minutes) and main entertainment streets, but still in a quiet area. . Me and my family has an amazing stay.
