Very comfortable beds, clean and everything that may be needed included. Large TV in living room and also TVs upstairs. No problem with street parking and a very quiet road. Approx. 5 minute drive to sea front.

Excellent furniture and fittings in the house. Everything you could possibly need. Very roomy and the TV was enormous!
The plumbing and water heating isn't perfect. The water doesn't run away very quickly so you end up standing ankle deep in the bath when you use the shower and the shower heat waivers from hot to cold on a regular pattern without any adjustment to the heat controls. So you have to jump out of the way when it gets too hot, then jump in again while it cools, then jump out again when it gets too cold and visa versa. Very strange.

Everything was available that you could possibly need. The beds were really comfy. Local area lovely.

Very quiet. Excellent host who kept in touch and was very helpful.
The beds were very comfy. Well equipped with TVs and white goods. Good location for touring.
The coffee. Not enough drinks glasses. It would have been nicer to be closer to the sea but it was also possible to walk albeit a trek. The shower went from hot to luke warm even when no other water was being used.

The property had everything you could wish for a perfect stay, comfortable, homely with all mid cons. Super clean, fluffy white towels and very comfortable beds,

Great location on the edge of Walmer, with the Kent countryside at the end of the road, and the sea a few minutes drive or brisk walk away. A rather bohemian little cottage and good value. Very friendly owner
Nice that the cottage had a small garden but far more could be made of that.
