It was a beautiful place, spacious enough for our small family and in a good location.

Communication with the property wasn’t the best, it almost felt like it was a hassle. Also there is a bar at the bottom of the building that you can really hear when sleeping.

From start to finish this was an amazing stay. Patricia sent very detailed and helpful instructions on how to arrive, enter, parking places and so on. The studio is gorgeous, very tastefully decorated, spacious yet cosy, ( It's as lovely, or even better than the photos) We were delighted from the minute we walked in. Very thoughtful touches, such as coffee, and teas, homemade marmalades, honey, tomato frito. The bed was so comfortable, fluffy pillows, lovely sheets. The bathroom was also complete, great shower, shower gels, shampoo and body milk thoughtfully provided. It's in a great location, between the old and new areas. ( However in Cuenca be prepared to walk uphill a lot🤣) Ir was the perfect place to finish our holidays.💕

The apartment is spacious and modern, very clean and well equipped with everything you need. The balcony was lovely to have breakfast on in the morning. The apartment is also close to lots of restaurants and bars.

Absolutely delightful attic studio. I am already planning my trip back. Very nicely appointed with well equipped kitchen. Good location just inside what I think were the old city walls. Close to restaurants and bars and small stores. a short walk to a large grocery. Cute terrace. Very good Wi-Fi (one of the days I was there I worked including doing zoom calls for 10+ hours and never had an issue). Good location for walking to the hanging houses. Very engaged owner.

Front door needs oiling - squeaked!!

The room was very clean and in an excellent location at the foot of the old historic center. It has a nice sized balcony with enough room to sit and enjoy the sun. Some provisions for breakfast were left by the host which was a nice touch. Communication with the host was very good at all times.

If you want to be in the historic center most of your time during your stay i.e. up near the cathedral, hanging houses etc., then it is an uphill walk. However buses run regularly up to the historic square from stops nearby so don't let this put you off.

The welcoming tray for breakfast was really well put together and the fireplace turned a rainy week into something wonderfully cozy and memorable.

Very clean and cozy. Amazing views and terrace. Nice welcome pack of marmalade’s etc. extremely comfortable bed.

The water heater was a major issue. There were 4 of us and the heater only allowed enough for one full shower or 2 really short showers. We got in touch with the host after several attempts of wattsapps and calls. She said it ‘wasn’t a hotel’! We weren’t sure what she meant. Anyway she sent a person round more than 24 hours later. The issue still wasn’t resolved. The electrics kept tripping and the water was still cold. We informed her again and she said thanks for letting her know. This situation kept me from washing hair etc. I was kindly offered a hair wash with her neighbor!?? But after paying 650 euros for this apartment...I declined...and resorted to dry shampoo instead! We nearly checked out due to the washing arrangements! Also there is a bar bottom of the apartment which is extremely noisy...the music went on til 6.30am! We didn’t sleep the whole night! We used earplugs in the end but as it was Xmas, we let it go. People are bound to party. On the whole, we thought that the host was very unprofessional as she wouldn’t answer our calls or wattsapps in any sort of hurry! She didn’t really seem concerned about the situation at all! It’s a shame as once you get up the steep and windy staircase, it’s such a beautiful apartment.

The location is perfect. The apartment is a complete little house and it felt like home. The little balcony is so nice to have breakfast or dinner on. Very comfortable bed.

The bright led lights are not that romantic in the evening. But there was a candle we could use to make some atmosphere.
