Cas Milà. Typical Majorcan townhouse with garden and pool close to the square
Cas Milà ist ein schönes und gemütliches Haus, das nur wenige Minuten vom Hauptplatz entfernt liegt. Es wurde kürzlich renoviert und im mallorquinischen Stil eingerichtet. Es bietet ein schönes und helles Wohnzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein voll ausgestattetes Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss. Neben dem Eingang in einer Halbebene befindet sich ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett. Der erste Stock verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett und das andere mit zwei Einzelbetten und ein voll ausgestattetes Badezimmer. Draußen gibt es einen tollen Garten und einen Essbereich, in dem Sie wunderbar essen können. Es gibt auch eine große Terrasse und einen großen Pool, der Sie einlädt, die sonnige und herrliche Aussicht zu genießen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und ermöglicht es Ihnen, sich zu entspannen und auszuruhen, während Sie in der Nähe aller Sehenswürdigkeiten sind.

Sóller hat im Ortszentrum eine Umweltzone (LEZ) eingeführt. Für die Zufahrt mit dem Auto ist eine kommunale Genehmigung erforderlich, es sei denn, das Fahrzeug ist emissionsfrei.
Diese Genehmigung erlaubt lediglich die Durchfahrt (z. B. zum Ausladen von Gepäck), berechtigt jedoch nicht zum Parken auf öffentlichen Straßen im Ortszentrum. Das Parken ist ausschließlich auf ausgewiesenen öffentlichen Parkplätzen erlaubt.
Öffentliche Parkplätze befinden sich am Ortsrand, etwa 10–15 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt.

Absolutely fantastic property. Right in the heart of Soller, 5 mins walk to the main square. We were met at the house by Virginia, who showed us around. The house, terrace and pool area were spotlessly clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed for a self catering holiday. We are a family of 4 but the house could easily accommodate 6 adults. The pool area was amazing, providing amble areas of sun and shade throughout the day. Surrounded by the orange grove, it is a fabulous setting! Soller's main square is a short stroll away, with its stunning church and surrounding restaurants, it is a great setting for lunch, dinner or drinks! The Port is a 10 minute taxi ride (12-15) or take the old tram at 10 per person. Only used the tram once as its a bit expensive to use regularly we thought! The Port provides a larger range of restaurants & bars as well as the beach & marina. We used the local taxi app and found it very easy use and book taxi's. Communication with the hosts was superb. Questions were answered quickly & accurately. Virginia also organised our airport transfers. We absolutely loved our 8 nights in this house. Do not hesitate if you are considering booking! We hope to return in the future & we highly recommend this property and the hosts. Many thanks

Beautiful Mallorcan townhouse with a beautiful private garden with a perfectly maintained large pool. There is table for dining outside and also inside. Impeccably clean and comfortable, we have stayed here twice now and will return again. A short walk to the square with so many wonderful restaurants to choose from.

Pool and location was great. The pillows were cheap and the bed was only mediocre. But the space in general was quite nice. I found it odd that the hosts declined to provide toilet paper forcing us to buy a package for ourselves and presumably the next few guests.

Lovely position five minutes walk from the main square. Fabulously clean and great facilities in the house, and a big garden/orchard out the back where the pool is. Both bathrooms are good, with great showers and the kitchen is well equipped. We were left some amazing fresh oranges and lemons and a welcome bottle of Rosé, so very happy! I would say that air conditioning would have been good in the bedrooms, and that the listing should mention that the pool is salt water, but apart from that we had a very relaxing and happy stay.
