Feels so comfy. Staff so friendly and they are so adorable as well ! Thank you for always taking care my family and we are so happy with location. We will be come back as soon as possible.

Have some dust on the wall . Because we had a kid and when she played on the bed her hands touched on the wall and it's so dirty. Even when the hotel housekeeper always clean our room when we go outside. Hope you can improve them as soon.

В Ханое не в первый раз, поэтому специально выбирала отель в этом районе, рядом озеро, напротив круглосуточный супермаркет,удобно добираться из аэропорта, остановка 86 автобуса в 10 минутах ходьбы! В отеле чисто, приятно, комфортно! Удобная кровать! Организовали трансфер такси за 12 $.

The hotel is right in the centre of Hanoi, walking distance from most interesting places. Lots of great eating places close by. Many shops and cafes close by. Extra large bed.

The location was great, the staff at the reception very really sweet, kind and very helpful !! The manager came to meet us personally and helped us with our requirements. The Wi-Fi is very good and it felt so much like home, we stayed there for 13 days. I was upgraded to a family room throughout, it had a balcony too. Simple, comfortable stay with everything you need, in a great location. Had a comfortable stay no doubt, will visit again !!

It's my 2nd time staying in this hotel, recognized me immediately. The staff are very friendly, accommodating and helpful, especially Think who frequently checks on me and Linh who's on the night shift. Location is excellent, I rarely take Grab since I like to walk around. It's close to almost every nice cafe, souvenir shops and attractions. They cleaned the sheets & towels everyday. The location is so close to every food stalls & restaurant and is in front of convenience store which connects to the lake on the other side that's also near ATM machine. Overall, my stay was very excellent and I would definitely book with them again.

good location, friendly staff. The bed and mattress was comfortable. The pillows were just the right amount of bounce and support. Aircon was strong. Daily cleaning and laundry service available. My room was in the inside of the building, so no noise from the roads reached my room.

The shower water pressure was not very strong. The wifi was intermittent. When it is connected, it was fast. But keeps cutting off regularly.

Service of the staff was excellent. We’ve had troubles with a delayed visa, after contacting the hotel they’ve agreed to reschedule us two days later. Beside this they’ve give us information what to do around the city. The hotel looked nice and location couldn’t be better. After a horrendous start of our journey (visa) the staff of lakeside helped us having a great start of our holiday!

We like having breakfast in the city so this was no con for us, but people who want a breakfast at a hotel can’t have it here. But there is plenty of nice places in Hanoi to eat and the hotel has some great tips where to go.

Noisy sound, attitude of receptionist, won't come next time

I did this morning. Best Location: I look for a place close to Sapa Express since I will go to Sapa on this trip. And also I would like to explore old town Hanoi. The photos in Agoda shown a tasteful designed interior. The place matched the website and beyond. I got the room on the top floor with a terrace and a corner room with windows the catch the morning sunlight. The location is just a small walk into old town to explore the route of renovated old building in the middle of street food restaurants. The weekend night market is only a couple blocks away. Wonderful staffs: I am very lucky to meet a good front deck, Mr.Thinh. He speaked very good English and very helpful. He recommended a joined trip to go to Ninh Binh. It turned out to be a joyful trip and Thinh gave me a good discount much lower than a French guy whom I met on the trip. He said that he paid much more. He also arranged for a private taxi with good price to take me to Duong Lam Ancient Village since it was not a popular destination. It turned out to be a very good day trip with authentic old towns with wonderful local. I met a little girl with perfect English. Visit Thay Pagoda on the way back and it happened to be during a Buddhist festival. By the way Ms Moon, the manager also always there. It turned out that this 3rd time in Hanoi was the best. I arranged myself to be back here again after Sapa to stay in the wonderful place with wonderful staffs

Xuan Thinh was so help and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. Front rooms are on the street and we loved to hear the hustle and bustle of Hanoi from the balcony.

My and Moon at reception were lovely and very helpful and two guys (sorry I don't know names) who checked us in were great also. Location is perfect and rooms were clean and well equipt.

Incredibly accommodating staff. They helped arranged a taxi from the airport and had great attraction recommendations. Their crew was tight-knit and very attentive to us.

The hotel was right in the heart of the old quarter so very easy to walk to local landmarks, the staff, especially My, went above and beyond, lovely friendly feel to the place, can be quite noisy but just added to the atmosphere

OK hotel. very good location, everything at your fingertips. Rooms not the most looked after, water damage on walls, toilet flush didn’t work and often no hot water.
