The breakfast could have been a little better

I don’t seem to get the points when staying , not sure … even if we don’t use the IHG app ?

Breakfast was exceptional. The bed was great and the room Quiet.

We were here for a funeral. At first the staff couldn’t find my reservation then mentioned that it could have been because I used a 3rd party . I had requested in advance an earlier registration they said they’d try(we had to get to the wake) 1:30 and not available not sure they tried very hard. They put us in an HA room that the thermostat was falling off the wall and didn’t work. They took it off the wall. No follow through. The staff was friendly enough but not working hard to help us at an emotional time

I thought everything and everyone was great and very polite. The breakfast was amazing and wouldn't change it.

The pool area was nice, the breakfast was outstanding. They had such a variety of breakfast options. Rooms were spacious, having a pull out was convenient.

The person checking us in assigned our room to another family as well and gave them a key to our room. Luckily I was in the room when they arrived and was able to tell them that the room was already occupied. A little concerning experience.

the location and the bed was very comfortable.

Hotel has low water pressure. They keep the heat off in room until you walk into a freezing room and have to turn it on. I don’t expect them to heat all empty rooms but maybe assign the rooms to guests before they get there and put the heat on low to warm it up the day of their arrival. Our room also had lighting issues. the lights would dim as if from power surge then later on get really bright. The phone in the room was also not working so we had to use our cell phone to call the hotel if we needed to speak with the front desk.
