The Villa is beautiful inside and out. The kitchen and living area is well furnished, as is the bedrooms. Simple but practical, and elegant. The beds are comfortable with crisp white sheets. 👌 Everything was in good working order. The daily housekeeping meant we didn't have to think about where to deposit rubbish etc.

This was all about location and what a place to find and choose. Could not have been better. The hosts, Maria and Antonis are delightful, helpful, responsive and above all friendly. Welcome pack on arrival is a welcome touch. The space inside the villa was superb. Mezzanine floor for the main bedroom is a standout feature. Air conditioning very effective. Lounge area peaceful and relaxing. Two bathrooms with excellent, spacious showers. Outdoor terrace very spacious with the most incredible views of the landscape and night time sky. Terrace access from three rooms. Outdoor dining spacious and private. Dedicated off-road parking. Unobtrusive, regular (almost daily) tidy-up, mini clean. Midweek full cleaning service. 1-2 minute walk to the beach. 2-3 minute walk to the central taverna area.

A little blowback on the toilets was noticeable from time to time. Safe deposit box could be a little bigger and more convenient to access, but this is tiny nit-picking really. Assos is a very safe and secure place though, to balance the point. Information pack on what to do, where to go, history and immediate facilities in Assos could be helpful. Contact numbers and details of any services could also be helpful, despite the proximity and responsiveness of Maria and Antonis.

Beautifully kept, very spacious and in the perfect location! The views are breathtaking and it’s a stone’s throw to the beach and village. Perfect in every way!

doors creaked which was a problem at night when others were sleeping and at linen changeover we got smaller towels

Host extremely helpful. Daily cleaning an unexpected bonus and very well done. Location and view. Plenty of space for two people.

Beds and pillows not very comfortable. Large double bed on upper mezzanine- not so good for access to bathrooms especially if a bit older. Basin in number 2 bathroom not user friendly.

We absolutely loved our week in Villa M in Assos. Such a beautiful relaxed villa with amazing views. Assos is pretty spectacular - the walk up to the castle is so worth it. The owner was very helpful and the cleaner was excellent we would return in a heartbeat.

The Villa is spacious, well equipped and has a fabulous large terrace, the views over the bay are amazing. Our host was super and couldn’t have been more helpful.
