Very nice room in a great location. Very easy to find from the train station. The host was excellent at orienting us about where to eat and what to do given our time frame in Riomaggiore.

Loved the view...first & foremost and would say it's definitely worth booking the room just for that! The room was small, but comfortable. The location from the train station with the elevator was ideal. We didn't have to schlep with our backpacks for miles! Emiliano was very friendly, gave us lots of good information and even made us dinner reservations the first night. Overall, it was a great stay!

The shower is very narrow getting in/out of and you had to step up, so it could be an issue for some people.

The host was wonderful. Outgoing and very helpful. It's a short walk from the train station with a lift. Large room.

The pillows were hard but maybe this is a personal preference.

Very helpful host that gives advice and tips for the trip

We booked the room for 4 people with two dogs and the room should never fit that many adults. it was double room with two added beds which gave no space for any movement. The amenities as kettle which were on the listing were not provided. Reserved parking spot is at a private garage which was not explained to us before arriving to the spot. We had to unload the car very quickly as we would not have access to it during the stay. Explanation beforehand would be helpful so we could prepare before getting there.

Check in was so easy and we are so grateful we were allowed to check in early! The room was very clean and in the perfect location, close enough to all the restaurants but quiet and away from all the tourists.

Amazing location, really easy to get to and fantastic views over the town and sea. Really quiet inside the apartment even if noisy outside. Emiliano was very friendly and gave great suggestions for where to eat and drink. Would happily stay again!

The location was excellent and the owner was very helpful and gave good recommendations. The room was clean and we could leave our bags to collect later in the day after checkout. Easy to contact the hosts.

Amazing view on the large balcony. location is easiest access ever for our stays in Riomaggiore. and the kitchen was so handy.

we loved everything about the prop tans will use it again in the future.

Thin walls so you can hear next door. Booking.com lists check out between 7-10.30am. We were told we need to leave at 10am which just we did not find acceptable as we booked train to match check out time would be appreciated if right time was listed.

We just loved the stay to Baia Di Rio, the owner is soooo nice and helpful, they helped us a lot also with parking and good recommendation. The room was clean and spacious, and the view from the flat was INCREDIBLE. You do not see something like that everyday. Also the price is just too good for what it has to offer. I totally recommend it. You will not regret it.

fan was not speed enough. since it’s room without air conditioning, we opened the windows while sleeping but used to hear lot of noises from outside.

The host was very accommodating. Room clean and equipped as listed.

The fans provided were very noisy and keeping the windows open was not a good choice due to (few) mosquitos. Adding a mesh screen to the windows would have been a nice option.
