The location is close to the metro station (7min walking), great parking experience in underground private parking. The room was very clean, well heated , nice view, very well equipped. Many restaurants nearby, make sure to check their schedule , during weekend some of them are closed and also the Spar nearby is closed on Sundays and after 8 pm, so make sure to have all you need before arriving at the location. We stayed here in winter so we could not enjoy the lake and the park nearby but we are sure they are a great asset for summer city breaks.

Apartment was really spacious and everybody had their own balcony and space for themselves. Communal areas were also big. And the terrace was fabulous!

We did not realise but while we were there the underground connections to the city were having construction works done. That meant we always had to take a replacement bus for the last leg of the journey back from the city. If we had known this, we would have booked somewhere else

I booked the apartment as a place to get ready for an event so stayed overnight for one night and a lot for he following early afternoon. It was clean,well thought out,comfortable bed,quiet ,huge bathroom

A toaster would be a nice extra. The nespresso machine was a bit tricky to use when one hasn't used it before. Everything sle was perfect.

Modern clean apartments with wonderful views in a beautiful and quiet area directly connected to public transport. Very friendly and helpful stuff.

Great place and staff

Great apartment, big enough, great balcony., comfortable bed. Very clean, quiet. Kitchen has everything you need for your stay. Neighborhood is great, U-bahn is 3 minutes away. Our car was all the time in garage, we didn't have to go anywhere by car, with city transportation is way much easier. I highly recommend!

We couldn't close the shower cabin doors, I reported but nobody didn't come to fix it. Tv with only german programs.

Property was very clean and tidy, staff was very friendly and helpful. Supermarket was close by within walking distance which was definitely a good plus. Rooms are big. There is a small lake around the vicinity.

its bit far away from the city center. Even though there is a metro station close by but due to repair it was closed so the journey to city center was even longer. Parking in the Garage is not guaranteed even though you have parking reserved as it gets full. it will be quite helpful if there are some maps or so in the apartment that will help people navigate through city easily.

Good neighborhood, supermarket very close, easy check-in.

A bit weird smell, dirty walls, not cozy & fresh. Ventilation turning on/off all the time and disturbing sleep. U2 metro was closed, took almost hour to get to city center. Salt and pepper containers were empty.
