I loved everything about Casa Mia. Wish we were there longer. The room has a kitchenette great shower. Helpful friendly staff. So clean and in an excellent location in Milan.

The location was wonderful. Great and easy access to Milan Centrale Rail Station and to Milan's fabulous Metro and Tram system. The Piazza di Duomo was only 3 metro stops from our station, Repubblica. Thank you to Sig. Georgio for welcoming us with prosecco and pastries and other welcoming rose petals which we found in our room, as we were in Milan to celebrate our 46th wedding anniversary and my wife's 70th birthday. Grazie mille! The apartment had a well-stocked kitchenette, a great shower and bathroom and it was cleaned daily. W also appreciated the water and juices in our fridge and our delicious breakfast basket which was refilled on a daily basis. The bed had a good size queen mattress which was very comfortable. We would recommend our Room #8 as it faced a small courtyard and was overall very quiet. There is a great pizza restaurant next door, a grocery store nearby and plenty of amenities in the area. We felt very safe walking back from the metro in the evening and the security in the Apartment Hotel Casa Mia was top notch. The front desk staff was very friendly and very helpful.

When we arrived, there was a mix up with the room that we had originally requested with another room at the front of the hotel but this was quickly remedied. Everything else made for a perfect stay. One note of warning for those that have a latex allergy like my wife. She had an allergic reaction to the latex covering underneath the mattress which we removed for the duration of our stay so that she could sleep comfortably without that terrible itch.

It was clean and spacious. It’s a shame we only needed it for one night.

There were a lot of stairs and the lift was out of order.

Loved the location, cleanliness, comfort!! Staff was great! I'll return.

All great. No complaints here.
