We had a wonderful time here. The mobile home is pretty much fully stocked with all the dishes and stuff you will need. The location is perfect and the neighbors were very friendly. We seen manatees and other fish swimming in the canal. Fishing poles and pretty much anything you need to catch the elusive Mangrove snapper are in the shed. We loved it and would like to go back in the future. The host was excellent, if you need anything they are a phone call away!

We enjoyed our stay as the location was on a canal and we were able to hear the Church bells everynight.

We stayed for 40 nights, to work at turkey point. Marivi was excellent they had alot of basic necessities for us to use, which was a great help when you are working 7 12s and not alot of time to shop. There are manatees in the canal which was the highlight of our trip.

Things started out great with conversation with the owner. Things went quickly downhill once we were in the property. Amenities included in the listing when we booked were changed online when we questioned their availability. I had to spend hours on the phone with VBRO to get the amenities that were promised in the original listing . I came back to the property a few days in to 2 guys taking up the whole yard doing construction which made the property unusable for ~7 hours. The guys wanted to come back the next day but I told them no. They also dropped screws, nails and cigarette butts in the yard. The couch and beds are very worn and uncomfortable. You can’t take a bath as there is no stopper in the tub. I absolutely spent too much time while on vacation dealing with getting the owner to get things sorted out. She will make it seem as if I was asking for extra stuff but all I wanted was what I paid for. The owner accepts payment but wanted to still use the property as if she and her family were living there. I had to deal with the construction guys and multiple texts and conversations with her and VRBO to get the full use of the property. Sexton Cove is a cute area but I don’t recommend this particular rental.

For two people that didn’t spend much time indoors, this was a good find. We had the boat docked right outside our door and off we went into the beautiful turquoise waters. Key Largo is fun and friendly.

The best time I enjoyed this property was in the morning sitting looking in the water at the wild life!

This rental is great. The owners are very pleasant. Canal front so you can catch your fish and watch the manatees. Very nice inside and out. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of outdoor furniture. A gas grill and 2 fire pits which is really nice. Winn Dixie  a very short drive, and the neighborhood is very quiet  I found a humidor with really nice cigars to smoke on the canal front watching  manatees, with the Kuerig in hand,makes for a great morning. This is a hidden gem. I will be back.
