very very clean and very friendly hosts ! very silent and calm and beautiful terrace

Our host always responded quickly and was flexible with check-in and check-out. He took time to explain the property and activities in the city. Besides, he offered us to consult him any time in case we have a question. On our first day, he offered us a warm meal. It was really kind! Apart from this, it was perfect for us that the central bus station was right next door (5 mins walk). From there, all buses goes to every place in Lanzarote. To the beach we walked 20 mins. And it is a nice walk. Finally, we really liked that Arrecife and the district is not the hotspot of tourism. It felt close to local life. We loved it! Especially hanging around at the big terrace. :)

The only thing I would suggest, is to offer more cutlery. ;) Besides, the apartment is pretty basic, a few more personal or decorating items in the apartment or more comfi furniture on the terrace wouln't be too bad. ;) But really, nothing to claim about! It was all good.

The owner is very friendly and very supporting he even left for us coffee, tea, sugar and biscuits. The place was spotless, plenty towels, toilet paper, hand towel. The place is beautiful and fully equipped. Thank you Juan we really enjoyed our stay at the attico. I recommend for a couples or even a family of 3.

The is nothing that I didn't like.

Great apartment. Very close to main Bus Station, so ideal for getting out and about across the island. Big supermarkets 5-10 minute walk. Charco and main shopping centre 25-30 minute walk. Beach 25-30 walk. Well equipped, quiet inside apartment, comfy and clean. Excellent value. Gracias Juan.

Everything else was absolutely perfect. Clean, good location, beautiful balcony, comfortable and very helpful staff!!!

It was a bit too humid in the house and the towels were not of good quality
