Tout était parfait : le cadre, la chambre, le petit déjeuner. Une mention spéciale pour l'équipe qui est vraiment adorable. Sa situation est très agréable à proximité de parcs et d'un lac, non loin de la station de métro Manor House. Une ambiance familiale et chaleureuse à dix minutes du centre trépidant de Londres. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

It’s a little noisy with the window open - everything in London seems to start earlier than in provincial cities - hence traffic in the roads early on

We had a wonderful stay in this small and familiar hotel - a unique contrast to the large and never sleeping city London! It was a kind of coming home! Clean and convenable rooms, delicious breakfast and lovely talks with Dita and rest of the staff.

Lovely place on the corner of 2 not too busy streets, it's actually a pub with a huge terrace and hence lively, but not too much in my opinion. The staff of the bar is basically the check in & check out staff. The rooms are very big for London standards & clean & nicely decorated with a comfy bed and nice shower. There was complimentary still & fuzzy water in glass bottles daily, tea & coffee making facilities. The breakfast was nice, with on demand special vegan milk & yoghurt. Unfortunately only jam for the toast so I brought my own peanut butter ;-) You can eat in the pub & there are vegan options ! The ladies at the breakfast was especially friendly & accommodating. The hotel only has a few rooms, so definitely book in time. Tip: the Clissold park nearby is lovely for a stroll or run !

It's not accessible for people that can't walk (easily) due to the steep stairs.

It does take some time to get in to central London, but we were aware of that. Warm in room, and some traffic outside if you opened the windows. There was a fan though.

The room was clean and comfortable. It's always a bonus being able to make a cup of tea, and to be able to open a window.

Room was slightly smaller than expected, but it is London so was still a wonderful stay, couldn’t find a hair dryer.

It’s an under 10-min walk from exit 4 of Manor House tube station on Piccadilly Line, highly accessible to different parts of London. Outstanding check in and check out processes. The room is not just as good as it looks on social media platforms but better! The list of items to choose from for the continental breakfast is very extensive and you can pick as many items as you like. The breakfast area is beautiful and the produce for the breakfast was fresh and of great quality. Last but not least, every member of the team I had acquainted with was very friendly, helpful and professional - the team had made my stay extra special. Thanks a lot.

Beautiful place with a lively pub downstairs and beautiful guest rooms upstairs, all in traditional style. The room was very big and impeccably clean. Staff was very welcoming and helpful.

The room was absolutely incredible. Staff were super friendly couldn't do enough for us. An the owner of the guest house fulfilled a special request my partner had made for me, beautifully. We will definitely be returning, high recommend staying here.
