My boyfriend and I stayed here for our trip to Salem for 4 nights for my birthday. It is only a 13-15 minute walk to the train station so it was very convenient. Firstly, Natasha is very friendly and communicative. On day of checkin, all instructions were provided promptly and instructions for nearly everything in the house were clearly stated and easy to understand. The penthouse itself was wonderful! Very comfortable, all necessities provided (and then some!) and you can't beat the view. It is also within walking distance to Mission on the Bay, which we really enjoyed. The area itself feels very cozy and safe. I would love to stay at this property again and am grateful I had the experience to do so which helped make our trip experience that much more memorable!

We very much enjoyed staying here for New Years weekend! The loft is beautiful and super cozy. The photos are great but it is even better in person. The jacuzzi was the perfect way to wind down in the evening or even set a relaxing tone for the morning. Also the shower head and water pressure is fabulous! We will definitely be staying here again.

My partner and I had a getaway from our two small children, and it was everything we had hoped for. Natasha’s space was clean and beautiful, the tub was perfect and the view is spectacular. Natasha was an amazing host, warm and welcoming and easy to communicate with. We hope to be back!

In town for Boston marathon. Easy Uber back and forth. Didn’t take train but station only a short walk. Ate at 2 wonderful restaurants 600ft away. Property wonderful and perfect view. Natasha had great communication. Highly recommend. Great value.

Absolutely amazing!
From the cleanliness to the decor to the location, we loved staying in Natasha’s home! The view is so beautiful, walking distance to some restaurants and an easy commute via train or Uber. When our flight was delayed, Natasha was so helpful and understanding. Looking forward to staying again in the future!

Well appointed loft! Spacious and sparkling clean. No issues, pictures are accurate. Better than we expected, cozy bed & great shower pressure. Walking distance to restaurants & views you can’t beat! Looking forward to renting again when we come back to the Salem area, Natasha was a pleasure to work with & her loft is lovely.

Perfect stay
My husband and I stayed at Natasha’s property for 8 days and loved it. The views and sounds of the ocean right across the street are amazing. The apartment is very clean, bigger than I expected, and decorated beautifully. Natasha is very responsive to her guests’ needs. We will hopefully be back.

This is our second visit to this beautiful loft and i could happily stay forever. It has everything you could ask for, is gorgeously fitted out and looks out over the beach and ocean. Just lovely. Natasha is a wonderful host and manages all communications perfectly.

My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay at this Loft/VRBO. The location was perfect for anyone wanting a great view, a very comfortable stay but close to Boston and other great Site Seeing venues. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Peaceful Retreat with Beautiful Waterfront Location...Can't wait to return!
The pictures just can't do this space justice! It's absolutely gorgeous - bright, with high ceilings, decorated with interesting artwork and furniture, and of course, direct sweeping views of the water.
It's located right on the walkway that follows the coast from Swampscott to Nahant, and just a few minutes from Salem and all of its attractions. It was the perfect spot for a quick romantic getaway and my husband and I hope to return again soon!

Lovely and relaxing
Our stay in Natasha’s studio was excellent! The view from almost anywhere in the apt was a delight. It was perfect for just hanging out or an easy ride to Marblehead or on to cape Anne.

Great choice!
Great location and view! Clean! Comfortable! Safe! We rented a car but used train system most of the time and would recommend doing that, way easier! Train stop about half mile away. Lots of things to do, there a week and can't wait to go back to see the stuff we couldn't get to! Natasha always available though we didn't need her for anything!
