Apartment with big space, 2 balconies and quite advanced. Fair price!

need more electricity sockets . I took this apartment for 1 night only, so I didn't connect with the host a lot . but I think the service will be very good .

Apartment was spotless. Location was very good. There's a shop and bakery nearby. There's a bit of a walk to the center, but Bolt and Uber have reasonable cost.

Shower didn't have a curtain or a door, so some water gets on the floor while showering. It's slightly annoying to keep wiping off the water. This should be easily fixed though with a curtain.

Plusses for me were the proximity to the city (a gentle 25 minute stroll downhill or a quick 5 minute frequent bus ride close by). I had room 8, the top floor with the balcony across the entire front of the house. All was spacious and excellent. I was there during 3 weeks of hot weather. Kitchen equipment was excellent and cleaning was very good. Access codes were easy. The owner was expedient in repairing a technical problem with the TV by purchasing and installing a brand new one the same day. Excellent service.

The balcony has one major drawback, the incessant traffic on the thoroughfare, which made sitting on the balcony a nuisance after a while. Reading previous comments, I am amazed that the negative issues raised were still not fixed (some issues were already raised nearly 2 years ago). The most annoying were: a. A complete lack of shades or curtains on the 5 ceiling windows, including the bedroom. We fixed it by pasting tinfoil on the window (remember it was 39 degrees some days) but clearly this is not ideal. b. It is impossible to shower without flooding the bathroom floor, which becomes as slippery as an ice-rink. c. There is no fixture to hang up the shower head, hence you are showering while holding the nozzle. d. There is no shower curtain. (how hard can it be?) e. The couch is a set of planks barely covered by fabric. Impossible to sit on comfortably. f. The light in the room is positioned to be bumped into. Best to replace by a ceiling light.

Nicely designed, spacious flat, with free parking. Easily accessible from the town centre via bus 21 or taxi (10 mins drive). It's on a busy road, but the double glazing made it very quiet. Lidl up the road, a bus stop away. Restaurant also up the road. Free toiletries and plenty of towels. Prompt communication from the hosting team. Got all the support we needed. Would gladly book again.

To be really picky, there are no connection points for the lamps on the side tables next to the beds. Would be a great addition for reading in bed. The sofa could do with a refurb.

We were a group of 21 people transiting through Cluj Napoca for one night and we had a very pleasant stay here. The apartments are beautifully decorated and equipped, you have absolutely everything you need there! The underground parking lot and the flexibility fot checkin hour was a great plus for us!
