Dieses geräumige 4-Bett / 2-Bad-Haus wurde wunderschön renoviert, von oben bis unten mit einem brandneuen Spa. Zu den Aktualisierungen gehören eine Gourmetküche mit Granit, Back-Splash-Mosaiken aus Glas und Stein, neuere Edelstahlgeräte und eine praktische Frühstückstheke. Treten Sie vom Esszimmer aus durch die französischen Türen auf die große Terrasse und genießen Sie den Blick auf den San Jacinto Peak, der bei Sonnenuntergang atemberaubend ist. Genießen Sie gemütliche Abende am einzigartigen Holzofen, der zusätzlich zur neueren FAU das gesamte Haus heizt. Ebenfalls auf der Hauptebene befinden sich 2 sonnige Schlafzimmer und ein Vollbad. Loved the location. Needs some love on the carpet. Kitchen is not stocked, barely enough flatware for 5. No sauce pans. The kitchen its self has been remodeled. Outside is wonderful.

My family and I had a great 4 day stay here in July. There is no AC so it was uncomfortable for 1 of those days as we were having record breaking temperatures. The cabin was clean and the surroundings were very quite and peaceful. The hot tub was nice and ready to go when we arrived. The rooms in the loft upstairs were comfortable but recommended for kids as the stairs are a bit steep going up and down and the bathroom is more fashioned for short people. There is also no doors dividing the two rooms upstairs, its open space. Over all we had a very nice stay. There are some fans in the cabin but I recommend avoiding this location during the peak of summer.

Overall, we had a great stay at the Bear's Den cabin. The most unfortunate part was related to the kitchen and ease of use. The microwave was unusable from the get go so we just worked around it. The selection of cooking pots and mixing bowls was also a problem but once again, we figured it out. There is a coffee pot for coffee but I was hoping for a Keurig since I am the only one who drinks coffee. The inside is beautifully remodeled and comfortable. The outside patio areas could use a little love and TLC. The hot tub was the highlight for us, great remote location to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We loved Idyllwild and can picture many more stays in the city for the future.

Decent size property what we expected for the price. Kitchen is lacking in pans and utensils. Secon restrom has mold that was concerning. View was very nice

The cabin was huge and had plenty of up to date amenities. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Close enough to the main village area and the property had plenty of parking for our two vehicles. The heater and fireplace worked great at keeping the cabin warm even with the snow outside. Beds were comfortable and tons of room to lounge around.

We didn’t need the kitchen too much, but it was nice and clean. We had more than enough space for the five of us and we would definitely stay there again! We didn’t walk anywhere from the house. Everything was a which drive away.

The price was well worth it. Super clean , super comfy . The Jacuzzi was the final straw on an amazing experience. I would completely recommend the house and the rental company. Communication was outstanding. If ur looking for a relaxing weekend that is cost efficient look no further. Book it you won't regret it!!!

I looked at a number of places and read plenty of reviews before landing on the Bear's Den. The house was wonderful and clean. There were only 3 of us but the house would comfortably sleep 6-8. The hot tub was great after hiking and exploring during the day. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
Traffic was horrendous getting there from LA and took over 4 hours. The property management made some adjustments and made it easy for us to pick up the key and get checked in on our own.

The cabin location was nice. Close to town and a nice little trail was within walking distance. The deck was spacious. We liked that it sleeps alot if people. The house needs a little TLC. Some of the furniture is wobbly. It could have been cleaner. Regardless we had a great time.

We would definitely stay here again. The cabin is well equipped and plenty of dishes. We didn’t use the jacuzzi but it did look really nice and clean. I would caution you that the driveway is steep, the railroad ties are loose and a hazard and the car port extremely narrow. I could park a van there but it was extremely hard to get out. With all that said, we would stay here again.

We would definitely stay here again. The cabin is well equipped and plenty of dishes. We didn’t use the jacuzzi but it did look really nice and clean. Our time in the Bears Den Cabin was exceptional. Plenty of room and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans and flatware. We did have a you bird stuck in the fireplace when we arrived but we got him out safely.

Pros: The location, the deck, prompt response from the management team
Cons: The complete lack of air flow on the second floor (which has one bedroom, not two as described), mold in the bathroom, and a broken sprayer in the kitchen sink.
Idyllwild is an adorable small town with a dog for a mayor. It's hard to beat. The cabin was close enough to town to head in for ice cream and to catch the July 4th parade, but we were still in a quiet, beautiful part of the mountains.

It was simply fantastic! I work 11 hours a day, 5 days a week and occasional Saturdays and Sundays. Needless to say it was a much needed rest for me. To be one with Mother Nature was fantastic. The accommodations provided everything we needed. We will certainly book again direct (New Spirit) this time to save added charges.
