Such a lovely location, really the very best view of Broadstairs. Lovely to wake up to a super sea view

The whole place rally needs an upgrade, its tired. The work tops in the kitchen are starting to rust, the island in the middle needs a new top. The sofa in the living room although comfy is old and stained. Its such a shame as these things really let it donw. The table and chairs on the balcony in the main living room are rusty and bin worthy. Such a shame that there is not lovely futnirute to sit on on the balcony, a big dissapointment. The roof top terrace is lovely, but again who wants to sit on a picknick table when they have just paid £2000.00 + for a week. The down stairs bathroom is nice and there is plenty of storage. The kitchen lacks baking trays and decent cooking equimpment. Only one tea towl provied. Its a lovely place but let down so badly that should make it worthy of the high price tag.

The location and view from the balcony was stunning. Breakfast in the sun one of the many highlights!

The roof terrace was closed for repairs - we weren't told this until after we had paid. The dishwasher was out of use. But first world problems.

visually from entrance property resembled a building site due to scaffolding on adjoining property, which locals say had been in place since early 2022 - large number of lights and plug sockets were not working- toilet cistern extremely noisy and slow to fill up. Interiors although very large number of storage facilities etc, all are looking ‘tired’.

2 bedroom floors were filthy. My cost included £160 for cleaning which makes it even more of a disgrace.

The openness and views were lovely we had such an amazing stay here sofas were extra comfy

I’m glad we didn’t go in season as the traffic below was a bit noisy I do feel the property is expensive however I would definitely book again it’s a gem !

The apartment has a homely vibe , liked that everything was so close by. The views from the place were superb. Bedrooms were comfy and we used the kitchen a lot , it’s an ideal place specially if you’ve got kids.

The property was good location because it was great distance to the sea and good view.

To get to the property we had to walk up a very deep hill which isn’t great with all the luggage and a child. The property itself also had a-lot of stairs which isn’t great for the elderly. The stairs and the toilet in the “master” is was SO tight and small! The worst part was there was work going on at the property on the ground floor on day - which was loud and stinky and we weren’t told about it. And to top that off, the property next door was also having work done which started at 8:15 and was sooooooo loud! It was so loud that i couldn’t get my 2 year old down for his afternoon nap at the property and we had to take him out. We were there for two nights and in the first morning all the work started.

Location is exceptional! Views are incredible. Modern apartment, sofa is divine. Sunken bath is beautiful.

Tv doesn’t work properly- limited channels and difficult to just switch it on Throw some of the old saucepans and frying pans away they are not clean Shower over the sunken bath doesn’t work
