It was conveniently located close to Iriya station, a ramen shop by street level and a Korean restaurant just across the street. Also was in a quiet neighborhood and a few minutes walk to a commercial laundromat. Owner was also very responsive to messages.
There is nothing that I did not like. I would stay here again on my next trip.

Close to good transport. Nice neighborhood - you got to feel like a Tokyo resident!
Ok for us, but some people may find the stairs challenging. Also, the coat hook / clothes hanger were really nice, but are in a bit of disrepair and ideally would be replaced soon. Overall we really liked it.

우에노역에서 한 정거장인 이리야역1번출구에 나오면 있고
조용한 동네에 친절한 응대가 너무 좋았습니다
우선 우려했던 룸컨디션도 너무 좋아서 단점이 없을 정도입니다

Bed was comfortable but location not the best but Irya station close for train
Room on the 5th floor so with luggage up and down it is hard and walking 20 k steps a day it is all you need at the end of the day .
Room is old with only 1 glass to drink out of so with the money you pay its terrible .
I would recommend somewhere else .
The room is not like in the photos
