Very nice fully furnished duplex, in a secure modern complex, ideally located only 20 m from the beach of Olhos d'Agua, in a typical old fishing village, in the district of Albufeira.
The private condominium is located in the pedestrian street which leads to the beach, so it’s ideal for children.
It combines the peace of a quiet place and the proximity of all the conveniences: restaurants, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy,... and is not far from golfs (unless 10 min by foot) or the nightlife of Albufeira (6 km).
The complex offers a swimming pool and a separated kids splash pool, a lift, an intercom, a closed covered parking lot (you will have 2 individual places).
The 3-rooms apartment is on the 2nd floor, very well equipped and furnished, fully air-conditioned, it offers very beautiful internal and outside areas :
- a twin bedroom in suite with a private terrace, including 1 double bed 140 and 1 single bed 90 with a private bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a washbasin, a bidet and toilet,
- a bedroom with a double bed 150, a cupboard,
- a shower-room separated with a shower cubicle, a washbasin and toilet,
- a perfectly equipped kitchen : combined fridge offering a freezer with 3 drawers, oven, sticks vitreous ceramic, microwaves, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker with filter, electric kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board...
- a dining room corner with comfortable table for 8 persons,
- a lounge space with a sofa-bed offering a comfortable sleeping around 140 for 2 adults, Satellite Television,
- a spacious West exposed terrace with a sea and beach view, equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs,
- 1 large terrace with direct access side swimming pool, equipped with a barbecue and a private outside shower.

Got to say this was one of the best holiday's we have had, we have stayed in the area a couple of times but this was by far the best accommodation we have stayed in and the location was amazing being so close to the beach.
Luckely rhe drainage is being sorted soon as due to high amounts of rain while we were there the drain in the back blocked and it was flooded for 2 days meaning we couldnt use it but other than that was a perfect stay.
On a personal level could have done with the beds being slightly softer but that is just our preference.

Great apartment in a perfect central location with lovely outdoor space and great views. We were two friends so the separate bedrooms on different floors with our own bathroom each was perfect. Everything was provided and the apartment was clean and very comfortable. We ate out all the time but would be fine if you wanted to self cater. A couple of minor negatives - the stairs are fairly steep and the shower room to the upstairs bedroom was very compact (with little storage space) so maybe not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, same would apply to the swimming pool - lots of steps up to it. The swimming pool area was a bit disappointing (albeit with nice views) there were limited beds / shades and the grass area was wet and muddy. The other minor issue were the lights in the hallway to/from the apartment that were on sensors but failed to come on straight away so you were walking in the dark! Overall a great stay and would happily stay again.

we had an amazing stay, and it started with Ann meeting us as we stepped out of the taxi. She took the time to show us the condo, and how things works...which was a nice change from other arrivals. The condo is newer, and in great condition. Location is amazing, with beach close by. Many restaurant options all walking distance of the condo. We hope to return at some point in the future.

We had a really warm, uncomplicated welcome. The flat is nice located at the peripherie of Albufeira. There are a few shops and restaurants directly downstairs. The flat has a nice roof terrace with a great view. A few little things should be fixed and I would recommend new pans, but at all we had a great stay.
Our Kids loved the ice at the aqua downstairs!
The live music in the bars around was sometimes
really loud and they played long. The sleeping rooms are located backside, there it was not that loud, but still to hear.
The beach is nice but small. In the times of flood there is just a small piece of sand remaining. So we often drove to praia da gale with the kids.

The perfect apartment in the perfect location for our family holiday. We are return visitors to Olhos D’Agua and will definitely try to repeat book the apartment. The location has lots of options for food and drinks, and the apartment is close enough to the beach that you can go back for lunch before heading back to the beach. In the evenings sitting out having a glass of wine or a beer on the large balcony looking over the bars and restaurants below is idyllic, and although there is a hustle and bustle below when you close the sliding patio doors the noise is unnoticeable.
The apartment is well appointed, lovely decorated, clean and no fuss.
Anne was fantastic with great communication with us from the moment we booked right through till we left. Thank you Anne!

We had such a wonderful stay. The location was amazing! Steps away from the beach and loads of restaurant options at your fingertips. Anne was so lovely & was such a pleasure to deal with. She made the whole process of checking in & out so easy and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. She definitely made us feel at home. Thank you so much for a fabulous time. Friendly check-in and close to all amenities and beach. Would highly recommend for adults and older children, but not young children to due stairs. Would definitely book again!

We really enjoyed this place and location; we will try to get back. Just a hint to those coming in by plane or Americans that I think have different expectations. There are no pool towels, we had to buy pool towels, they give us one bath and hand towel each (based on persons on reservation), not all beds were made up so I had to make up one of the beds we decided to use, which was the one I think they thought we would not use. There is no bar or dish soap. Tiny bit of washing powder and some dishwasher tabs, no roll of paper towels. So pack it in or buy it when you get there, all this was not a deal breaker, but it is different than American VRBO expectations.
Again, we did really love the unit, location, parking, beach and vibe of the area.

The place is exactly as described. Photos are true. Loved the balcony with the partial view of the ocean. Very lively at night though but it all calms down at midnight, and once you put the window screens down you hardly hear from the bedrooms. No basics are included like salt, pepper, hand soap etc. so you have to buy everything. We found it quite unusual and hard as we were only staying for 5 nights so did not appreciate it. If you go by car get a small one as the parking is extremely small and hard to get into. We would definitely go back though as we loved it!

This is the second time we have stayed in this lovely apartment and it was fabulous again.
Perfect location and we particularly enjoyed proximity to great restaurants, beach and use of the pool. The huge balcony is an added bonus and we were able to sit out and enjoy the great view every day.
Anne was extremely welcoming, helpful and, very responsive - kindly assisting us to arrange airport transfers which was much appreciated.
Can’t wait to return again soon :-)

Great location and lovely host
Our family really loved our stay in Olhos de Agua.
The location is perfect, especially for families with young children - just a minute walk to the nice small beach.
The property was very clean, air con was working smoothly in all rooms, the kitchen was well equipped with all the dishes, glasses and cutlery you could need. There were no salt, pepper, sugar or coffee, but the wine was great! ;-) (Thanks, Anne!). The internet speed was good if you are close to the router.
The modern furniture and decorations in the property make a very nice and cozy ambience. We also loved the amazing sea view from the terrace.
Our host, Anne, is super friendly and helpful! She always responded very quickly and was ready to assist if we needed something. Thank you!
We definitely recommend this property and would love to come back again.

Location of apartment is really fab, a short walk from the lobby and your on the beach - or in the bars/ restaurants!

Wonderful location
The views of the ocean and the activity in the restaurants below is fantastic from the large balcony. The late afternoon and evening shade makes the space very usable for outdoor dining, and there is a retractable awning for the morning. There are a number of fairly short trails that hug the cliffs and the beach that make for fantastic morning walks with stunning views. The internet speed isn’t great if you need to work remote (especially in the evening when it seems like everyone is starting to stream), but this is also typical of internet along the Algarve coast. Overall, it was a lovely stay for our family.

Pool access only after tons of stairs, not easy with young kids and old parents. Pool fully on the shade during the mid and late afternoon. Ants on the kitchen. Sofa super beaten up and used. Pillows very stiff for my liking.

Found it a little dreary as there is just concrete everywhere. Pool is fine but 67 steps up to the back so a little painful if kids want to nip in and out for snacks etc.. Pool area is a little basic.. Plastic loungers etc. Not particularly comfortable. Apartment is also fine but I can't say it was fabulous. Depends on visitors preferences of course. No welcome pack (basics /btl wine/few dishwasher tabs /wash up liquid etc) which was a first for us over the years of renting. Overall it was all just fine.

Fantastic apartment
Perfect apartment for our family holiday to Olhas D’Agua. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It is in a brilliant location with very close access to the beach and some great family friendly restaurants. We also really enjoyed the pool area, which we often had to ourselves at times.
Bernadette and Vincent were great hosts - we were promptly met on arrival and departure and Bernadette was very good at responding quickly to any questions we had before we arrived.
We would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely hope to return again in the future!

Glorious week in first time visit to Olhos De Agua
Our flight was severly delayed from Bristol, meaning our already late check in was set back to 3am. Bernadette was so kind in being in touch throughout and was not annoyed in any way. The accomodation was perfect for us, a group of 7. The pool area was clean and the pool has magnificant views of the beach. We found out there are toilets and showers near the pool too which was handy after check out. The local restaurants are lovely although we were disappointed with Manzo steak house. The ice creams in the Acqua below the appartment were very popular. Bernadette was also kind enough to hold our lugguage until around 3pm on our departure day, meaning we could relax by the pool a little longer before our journey home. Would highly recommend this accomodation to anyone seeking a quiet, civilized family getaway.

Perfect location
The location of the apartments was fantastic. A few steps away from the lovely Olhos d’Agua beach and next to the great local restaurants. You must visit Fratelli’s. Always beautiful food & brilliant service! Lovely apartment!

Back Again
These apartments are ideally suited to a relaxing holiday, only steps to the beach and surrounding restaurants, reasonably well equipped.
The complex is in need of some TLC, pool area shabby with only a few sunbeds all of which were broken, small pool had 12 inches of dirty water in it. Weeds in path ways and white walls covered in dirty brown streaks.
Makes you feel sorry for the owners who kept the apartments so nice.
Met at the apartment, 2 sets of keys, parking space, WiFi and fantastic beach views from the top patio area.
We have stayed in 2 different apartments here and is our go to place when visiting Portugal.

Really lovely apartment, near everything but not to noisy at night
Modern and very clean apartment in a great location, apart from supermarket 10 mins gentle walk away, everything else is just out the door.Quiet pools with great views from elevated position.Had a small problem with washing machine during stay but owners very helpful.Really enjoyed stay and would certainly go back in the future.

Lovely apartment in an ideal location
This apartment is perfectly located and is well equipped. The owner is lovely too and came to meet us quite late on arrival. We stayed for a family holiday and found the local bars/restaurants were great with the kids and the small child's pool next to the main one was perfect for us too. Olhos D'Agua gives you a perfect base to explore nearby Villamoura and Albufeira as well.
The only reason for not giving 5* was that the BBQ is electric only which was very disappointing given that this is not advertised as such. This probably would not be an issue to most people but we felt this should be mentioned in the description.

Great location,views with easy access to the beach.
Ideal location for beach,shops and restaurants in Olhos. Very clean spacious apartment with everything needed for a self catering break, good views,an excellent spot for 'people watching'. Though it's right in the centre it isn't overly noisy from the surrounding bars/restaurants.

Wonderful.
The location was wonderful. We were a bit confused at first as we put the location into our GPS and it took us to a condo to Guia. Thank goodness Bernadette corrected us to go to Ohlos de Aqua! The condo was great for 4 adults. We had a beautiful balcony and several nice restaurants nearby. We had to go out to buy toilet paper, paper towels and soap, but otherwise the condo was well equipped. Russell and Bernadette were loverly and friendly people.

Ideal holiday accommodation
We stayed in this lovely duplex apartment for 10 days in June. Fantastic location, so close to a beautiful beach and lots of good restaurants and bars. The apartment was clean and well equipped and the balcony affords lovely views of the cliffs and beach. Excellent pool again with lovely views which, for a lot of time, we had to ourselves. The beds were a bit harder than I would have liked and it would have been useful to have had instructions for the dishwasher, tv etc and perhaps a contact list for emergency numbers (eg nearest hospital, doctors, chemist etc). Fortunately we had no emergencies and we worked the other stuff out. We would love to return.

Well maintained property in ideal location
We stayed for the month of September and could not have asked for a better location to enjoy the beach as well as tour the Algarve. The apartment is modern, clean and well maintained and any questions/issues were promply delt with by the owner. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a beach location that is centrally located and enables you to tour other areas.

Great holiday experience
Beautifully clean, spacious and well maintained apartment. Very tasteful pretty decor with two large double bedrooms and a great open plan kitchen/lounge area.I would highly recommend this apartment it is in a great central location with beach less than 50 metres away and surrounded by good restaurants and bars. Really nice swimming pool on site well worth a visit but can only be accessed by over 60 steps so by the end of the holiday your fitness levels are increased significantly. Excellent customer service from the manager/ owner of the property who graciously allowed us to leave our suitcases several hours before the check in time.
